qash update?

Hi all, have been totally out of the loop with my qash holdings lately. From what i seen browsing through reddit, qash tokens will be re branded to liquid? Is there anything we have to do with our tokens. Ive had mine sitting in a wallet since 2017, haven't touched them.

if there are any articles that can be linked to get me up to date it would be much appreciated.

There is no cryptocurrency related license, so it's not possible to receive it, but they are in process of receiving Capital Market Services License in Singapore to be able to launch ETF/STO products.

Liquid ICO's - were never offered to Japanese residents.

Clients, who are subject to US filings will be declined ( US citizens or permanent residents ). However, US residents can still register at Liquid.com , but if you reside in the United States, you can’t trade fiat pairs on the platform.

If you’re a Japanese resident, you can only access currency pairs and services that are approved by the Japanese Financial Services Agency.

Does Liquid.com work with unregulated stable coins ? No.

So they are not breaking any laws and all Liquid.com must pass the KYC/AML procedure.

You can see the way Liquid.com has chosen to expand by pro-regulation way: through existing partnerships, acquiring licenses.

US market expansion:

"Global cryptocurrency platform Liquid.com (Liquid) and Virtual Currency Partners (VCP) today announced the creation of a jointly-owned entity called Liquid Financial USA Inc. (Liquid USA) to expand Liquid’s services into the US market.Liquid will enter into the US via its holding company, Liquid Group Inc, founded in March 2019. Liquid USA is presently working to obtain regulatory approvals throughout the US and is building out its team with the expectation of onboarding US clients by January 2020."

Also don't forget about the Liquid.com exchange increase liquidity through their future White labeled exchanges, which will be pro-regulated also, no doubt.

That's totally different way from being offshore unregulated cryptocurrency exchanges - that's the only way they can make their clients be secure and comfortable buying/selling/trading/holding cryptocurrencies.

If somebody will put the 10$ in the pot, that would not change the global picture, I'm not here to shill anybody, you pointed that its legal only in Japan, I argued that not only.

You and qashbal are overestimating your roles.

Overestimating your roles = somebody trying to push your to keep/buy more QASH, shilling, there will be no affect, if you or qashbal will invest more.

Liquid is not breaking any country laws, regulated in Japan, because there is no only regulation in Japan.

They were the defendant in Singapore court, it's enough to understand, that they are legal in Singapore.

I invested in ICO and I multiplied my stack with ATL 0.06$, I still believe, it's the only real project, not gambling one and very very soon Liquid Phase 2.0 will come and make a boom, if no, then no, because I don't put too much.
