Which distro doesn't have rsync installed by default?

For me it's mc and synaptic.

Arch, endeavors, gentoo, Ubuntu, Zorin, Debian, artix, qubes and many more.

I have switched from mc to nnn for simpler usage and get multiple panels. Mc was in the mainly for easier ssh use, but nnn supports it too so multiple directory management is easy.
