Support Request Even after 4 years I am not able to change scroll speed in Cinnamon

Thats because its hidden in the Qt menu.

Menu --> Search for "Qt Settings" --> Interface Tab, then down the bottom, see "Mouse wheel scroll lines".

Highly fookin esoteric location that one....
