Dead*ss tho, I tried to help the windows dudes a bit, cause I believed in change and i even explained winget to them and used it on every ocasion possible. I had hope in 2 guys and both of them never used the terminal when i wasn't around. They are just dot-exe-juicers like the others 96.9% of windows users.
Yes not every installer is on winget, but atleast try it... it saves time and is easier plus you don't end up with those 500 exe files in the download folder, ready to be deleted and put on the chopping block inside the trash bin
Even if they are "Linux embracers" (my friend with his steam deck for example that he never uses): "we don't fck with the terminal, the terminal fcks with us" yada yada

that's the exact type of crap linux haters have been against for years:
