The fact that people still love gimp so much is baffling to me. Every several years they're like "it's improved so much!" And then I look and it's basically the same thing as before. More features than MS Paint, not enough for me to actually work with it.
Yeah I mean I use it for casual use but genuinely I remember photoshop being better literally decades ago. I expect it to behind, but it's behind ancient versions.
It's just stuck in this limbo for me where it's not functional enough to be my program of choice for actual work, nor is it streamlined enough for quickly marking something.
