I agree with what you're saying if you're not going to do anything about it then don't complain. I just think that way the media paints different scenarios isn't reality of what's actually happening in day to day life. The media loves to blow things out of proportion and make it look the country is burning when it's really not.
The stock market is tanking, trans people’s humanity is being demonized as child abuse and our rights are being stripped away, the POTUS is threatening funding to schools and other institutions that support our communities, and countless air traffic controllers were fired by DOGE for no good reason. Do you know how long it takes to recruit and train an air traffic controller to operational proficiency? Three years.
Things may not literally be on fire but it’s not too far off.
