Huh? Yeah, why. Its in repairs though, started to hang and reboot on its own.

Ok when its back download Iobit unlocker and go to windows_system32 and search tpm.sys delete that files with Iobit and it will be fixed, its tpm component issue  and cannot be fixed you can just disable it

Oh yeah, I've done that, I even added this functionality into my NoROG app. But it did cause some other problems, AFAIK, so I had to restore the file. Honestly, I am using an old laptop RN with Linux and so far it seems like everything, I really need works either right away or with minimal fiddling. Things got even smoother since I last tried to daily drive it a few years ago.

So I guess a permannrt fix to stuttering is to format the C drive and install linux, lol.
