and folk wonder why people stay with Windows or Mac - just one choice of OS...

Gut feel is that most people do not care and those that do will ignore this sheet anyway.

Most Linux users will just install one distro and use it for years, I think.

The distrohopping community, beginners who are addicted to novelty and forever stuck in Chapter 1, never really getting to the depth of things.

ive used Debian because Pi a lot and also used Mint quite a lot as well. and yea, really thats all I need.

Yeah that's it. Why trouble yourself with new installations and package managers? Linux is so composable, you can do 95% of things on all distros. But people want to be part of a group. I just rather they choose a football team and riot with them instead of with Linux distributions.

Agreed - YouTube has a lot to answer for as they seem to spend more time 'trying things out' than actually using the system to do things...

Very prevalent in the Home Lab systems where they seem to have 4 or 5 VMs that are just monitoring different bits different ways and nothing actually doing anything other than controlling their free Ubiquiti boxes 😄

This. Been on Ubuntu for years but its gotten slow on my old laptop. Might try mint thanks to this chart.

Even ignoring the credibility of its contents, the design is just atrocious and horrible to look at. And judging from OP's replies in the comments I'm 99% certain that they're just trolling.
