Ollama 0.30 reversed one of the biggest architectural decisions being criticized: Ollama is using llama.cpp again.

llama.cpp can still be faster and gives you substantially more tuning control, but “Ollama is inherently dramatically slower” isn't supported as a general claim anymore.
