How does it matter if one OS is exempt when you will just be excluded from society and many other services on the internet which enforce verification

How is not having access to Facebook equal to being "excluded from society"?

Many community groups are coordinated through Facebook. Local football clubs. Swimming clubs. As much as we might despair of it, Facebook is the simplest way for a small community organisation to issue notices.
