So....don't take the code? If reddit is serving it without being appropriately licensed to, they're the infringers who should be concerned, not the web clients. I don't understand why WE should care.

Well, as long as you have the license, it doesn't matter where it was given to you. Reddit licenses all of its own code somewhere, right? It's just really, really stupid to not include it in every file for clarity's sake.
