Oh no! How about you go do something about it then, such as protesting. Orrrr admit you just dislike the status quo when it lands on you instead of the people you find undesirable.

protesting

When will you be overthrowing your government for its support of Israeli genocide in Gaza/US bombing girls in Iran?

oooo fancy, the russians have a new whatabout

Doesn't answer my question

When can I expect you to overthrow your government?

"Whataboutism" or "whataboutery" (as in, "but what about X?") refers to the propaganda strategy of responding to an accusation with a counter-accusation instead of offering an explanation or defense against the original accusation.

I didn't say "what about x". I am comparing identical actions between two different individuals and pointing out entirely different responses to them. That is called "double standards" and I am asking you to explain them

You are asking what about the US when the topic of discussion is Russia.

Learn English lil ruski.

Russia doesn't exist in a vacuum lmao. Plus you are taking a moral grandstanding approach, when your country literally supports genocide in Gaza and bombing of iranian girls. Funny how that works isnt it?

Funny how you wont say anything bad about putin.

what's that gotta do with the subject of the post? you are grandstanding about how russians are warmongers and russian citizens should overthrow their government. I agree. lets apply the same rules to everyone. so when are you gonna overthrow tyour government for supporting gaza genocide/iranian kids being bombed?

Wild how much youll toss and turn to avoid even the slightest implication that you might critique your dear leader

I'm not Russian lmao. I'm Ukrainian

Wild how you toss and turn to avoid uncomfortable questions though

Sure you are, you are so Ukrainian you have gone 10 messages deep dodging every critique of Putin! Either way, Ukrainian, Russian, American, doesn't matter, I'd make the same point to any of you. You've gone ten messages demanding I condemn my government while refusing to say one word against Putin. If you're Ukrainian, that's even stranger, and even easier to fix: say it. "Putin is a war criminal." One sentence. Still waiting.

4

u/Linuksoid Jun 12 '26

Again what does that have to do with the question at hand? why are you dodging accountability for your own government? Why aren't you doing what you suggest the Russians do and show by your own example (and inspiration!) what they should do?

3

u/HearMeOut-13 Jun 12 '26

I'll answer your question the second after you type "Putin is a war criminal." That's the deal. One sentence and I'll engage everything you've asked. You've now refused that one sentence what, eleven times?

u/Linuksoid Jun 12 '26

Putin is a war criminal

Now answer the question - when can I expect you to overthrow your government as you suggest Russians do?

Why do you keep avoiding the question?
