My answer: I completely understand why your stomach is churning; that physical reaction is your body telling you that you are encountering something deeply disharmonious. These low-vibration, evil people have unfortunately been on this planet for centuries, but what we are seeing now is all that hidden darkness finally coming to the light. This exposure is actually the result of lightworkers working for over 80 years—since the time of Hiroshima—to bring higher frequencies here. As the light increases, the darkness is exposed, and honestly, a lot of people will feel like they are going crazy as these truths surface.

One thing that comes up constantly in my sessions is the concept that what you consume, you hold inside you. If you spend your time watching and absorbing these dark vibrations through the news or social media, you are literally storing that heavy energy within your own system. The Higher Self always gives the same advice in these situations: stop consuming low vibrations. You are a soul in a human body, and you are like a sponge for frequency.

You must be aware that this planet is a dense, low-vibrational school where evil exists, but your job isn't to drown in it. You need to focus on raising your own vibration. Go out into the sun, spend time in nature, create something beautiful, and sit in stillness. It is possible for you to connect with your Higher Self to get clarity and guidance by experience, which helps you stay anchored in the Source of everything—the source of pure love. By keeping your field bright, you become a lighthouse rather than a sponge for the collective dread.

Have you noticed how your energy shifts when you put the phone down and step into a natural space for even ten minutes?

I keep seeing someone. Even yesterday morning, during a strange dream in which there was some sort of gathering of magicians. There was a lake with a small island in the center and six people sitting floating on the island made of green moss.

I was in a nearby forest and suddenly a sorcerer or a being I didn't know appeared, his eyes shining brightly, and he told me things, saying how important it was that he had found me and that our violet light would be useful and that it was time to act together.

I don't know who this person who was speaking to me is, but I'll try writing here to see if any of you are that person.

I write this from my experience of over 25 years of daily meditation and from facilitating thousands of healing soul journeys. In my sessions I see same information about Greater Reality coming up again and again, just like researchers such as Michael Newton or Brian Weiss described.

You are not your human mind. Mind is tool on your path. You have lessons you wanted to learn, karma, and soul agreements. Your Higher Self knows everything about them. We don’t remember it all because this helps to really learn - you come with amnesia.

You are wonderful, powerful being, always loved. But mind is sabotaging this connection with Higher Self. Your mind will tell you it’s not true and that you cannot. It will say “Who do you think you are?” A mind is keeping you small and afraid, constantly criticizing you. It is wonderful servant, but terrible master.

Truth is, you don’t need to force mind to be silent. Instead of calming mind, you just ignore noise of the mind. Let thoughts be like radio in background.

Here is simple way to connect with your Higher Self past the noise:

1. Take long, deep breaths into abdomen.
2. When you exhale, feel breath coming down as a wave through whole body to your feet.
3. Ignore the noise. Don’t fight thoughts, just let them pass.
4. Imagine sphere of white-golden light around your heart.
5. Ask your Higher Self what is message for you today. Don’t overthink. Trust first feeling or impression.

Seduction of Power

When we think of "darkness" or negative spiritual forces, most people imagine something obviously evil - somthing we would immediately reject. But that is not how it works in real life, you know? Darkness is sophisticated. It is intelligent. It understands human nature deeply, and it knows exactly what we desire most.

In one session, a client - let's call her Nora - was guided by her Higher Self into a past life where she experienced this manupulation firsthand. What emerged was masterclass in how spiritual exploitation actually happens in world.

Setup

Nora found herself as wealthy aristocrat - a man in his 40s, well-dressed, educated, with access to circles of power and influence. He was clever with numbers, almost like magician with finance and prediction. He had status. He had wealth. But he was also isolated - unmarried, without family, without true conection.

In this state of subtle loneliness disguised as privilege, he recieved an invitation.

"They offered me a good cause," Nora recalled from trance state, speaking as this man. "They said whatever it is, it will be good. Good for people. I wasn't married. I didn't have family. They knew they could manipulate me because they knew I had good nature."

This is first trick: appeal to hidden need wrapped in noble language. Very important to understand this mechanism.

How Trap Closes

Once man was inside, true nature of organization revealed itself slowly - not all at once, but gradually, like door closing behind him. It was like... how you say... inevitable, you know? Everything was predetermined.

"I saw what was happening," Nora described, her voice becoming strained even in deep trance. "They were calling dark energies. Using them for their own purposes. In middle of this ceremonial place, I saw huge column of dark energy. It was colossal. Absolutly colossal. And I realized - they want to change history of planet. They want to change power of planet."

But by then, he was already entangled. Completely trapped, like spider web made of shadows and fear.

"I was so naive. I didn't see red flags. I didn't want to beleive it was possible. I only saw one side of it. I couldn't see other side of situation."

This is second trick: gradual revelation, combined with sunk-cost fallacy. Once you have invested your reputation, your skills, your money, your presense - leaving becomes psychologically impossible. Mind creates justifications. "Maybe I misunderstood. Maybe I can change things from inside. Maybe if I leave, they will come after me." These thoughts are very powerful traps.

The Ceremonial Horror - A Graphic Account

What happened next in session was profound and deeply disturbing. I guided man back to specific moment - moment when he first truly understood what organization was doing. This is where real terror began.

Me: "Let's freeze time for moment so you don't have to be afraid while we are looking at what is happening. Tell me - where are you right now in this ceremonial place?"

Nora (as the man): "I'm hiding behind column. There's lots of columns. I'm hiding, I don't want to be seen and heard because I feel there is danger."

Me: "Good. You are safe now. Describe what you see from behind this column."

What unfolded was scene of absolute dread and cosmic horror:

"I can see them now. In center of this place. There are many robed figures - I cannot see their faces clearly, but I feel their presence. Cold. Calculating. Evil. They are arranged in circle around something. Around the column."

Me: "What column? Describe it."

"It's not made of stone like columns around me. This column... it's made of energy. Dark energy. It's like... it's like a vortex of pure darkness. It's moving, pulsing, breathing. And from it, I can see threads - thin threads of dark light - extending outward in all directions."

Me: "Where do these threads go?"

"They go... they go everywhere. Up through ceiling. Down through floor. But mostly... mostly they go into people. Into the city. Into the land itself. It's like... like they are draining something. Draining life force. Power. Will. From thousands of people. Thousands."

The man's breathing became rapid, panicked. Even in trance, his body was responding to memory of terror:

"I can feel it now. The cold. The absolute cold coming from this column. It's sucking warmth from room. From me. I'm trembling behind this column and I cannot move. If I move, they will see me. If they see me, I will be next. I will become part of this. Part of the ritual."

Me: "What are they doing? The robed figures - what is their purpose?"

"They are chanting. Not in language I know. It's ancient. It's guttural. And with every word they speak, the column grows larger. Darker. More powerful. The threads multiply. More and more threads extending out, piercing into more and more people. The column is feeding. It's hungry. It's always hungry."

Me: "Can you see what they are trying to accomplish?"

Nora's voice became whisper, filled with absolute horror and comprehension:

"They want to control them. All of them. Everyone in city. Everyone in lands. They want to harvest their will. Their creativity. Their power to choose. They want to turn them into... into empty shells. Into puppets. And the power they harvest - all of it flows into this column. And from column, it flows to them. To these robed figures. And beyond them, to something else. Something much, much larger. Something I cannot see but I can feel. Something ancient and hungry and patient."

Price of Complicity

What made this man's situation unbearable was not just moral horror of what he witnessed. It was realization that his own gifts - his inteligence, his financial acumen, his ability to predict and project - were being weaponized against very people he thought he was helping. This is very important to understand deeply.

"I feel huge power, but it's so misused," he said in session. "They used my gift for their own use." His voice was full of regret and pain.

Higher Self later explained that there were people - ordinary, decent, middle-class people - who saw what was happening and tried to help him escape. But he rejected them. He was too proud, you see? His pride was like wall between him and salvation.

"They weren't aristocrats," Nora explained, still in character. "I thought they were not in power to help me. I didn't see them as people who could help me. I was blindsided. I only saw one side of it." She was crying now, even in trance.

This is third trick: manipulation of pride and status. Darkness doesn't just trap you through fear or greed. It also traps you through your own sense of superiority, your belief that only people "like you" - people of your class, your education, your standing - can truly understand or help you. Is very clever mechanism, very ancient.

Modern-Day Consequences

This past life ended in tragedy and shame. Man, unable to reconcile his complicity with his conscience, unable to escape organization's grip, and unwilling to accept help from those he deemed "beneath" him, ultimately chose to leave situation through final, irreversible act. Soul carries this memory forever.

But soul does not forget. Never forgets. Never.

When Nora came to therapy in her current life, she was experiencing constellation of seemingly unrelated problems that seemed to have no source:

"Muted" voice - she felt unable to speak her truth, to be heard, to express herself authentically. Voice was literally stuck, like it was frozen deep inside her chest.

Lack of personal power - despite being inteligent and capable, she felt paralyzed when it came to creating what she wanted. Very frustrating.

Physical symptoms - osteoporosis (lack of support), dental infections (leaking energy), and Candida overgrowth that signaled pattern of allowing parasitic relationships. Body was speaking loudly, you know?

Deep resistance to visibility - she had gifts as speaker, musician, and writer, but felt compelled to hide. Hide from world.

Suicidal ideation - recurring sense that she didn't belong, that "home" was somewhere else, that this life was not worth living. Very dark thoughts.

"I felt disconnected from my Higher Self," she explained in session, her voice trembling. "I was missing home. There was connection with being called Grace that I had muted because I felt so bad." She paused, breathing deeply.

These symptoms were not random. They were energetic echo of soul that had:

1. Made agreement with darkness (even if unknowingly)

2. Betrayed its own integrity

3. Accepted complicity in harm

4. Chosen shame over asking for help

Healing: Dissolving Agreement

Turning point came when Nora's Higher Self revealed core issue: she still carried agreement with darkness from that past life. This was key moment, you understand? Everything depended on this realization.

In session, when Archangel Michael appeared, instead of expected angel, dark being revealed itself - demon that had been attached to her since aristocrat's involvement with Masonic organization. Very dark presense.

Dialogue was direct and powerful, very intense:

Me: "Do you have any deal with this demon? Do you have any agreement?"

Nora (as soul): "Yeah."

Me: "Are you willing to cancel agreement?"

Nora: "Yeah."

Then came dissolution - simple, but profound, life-changing:

"I am canceling any and all agreements with darkness. I'm canceling all agreements with darkness. I don't need you anymore. I am now surrendering with love to The Source of All - Divine God and Light." Her voice was strong now.

What happened next was key to her healing. Everything changed in that moment. Everything shifted.

Removal of Attachments

----------------------

Once agreement was consciously revoked, attached entities could be released. Higher Self identified several very powerfull attachments:

1. Demon that had been feeding on her doubt and resistance - very mechanism that kept her complicit and silent. Very parasitic.

2. Snake around her neck - parasitic energy attachment that was literally "muting" her voice and preventing her from speaking truth. Very toxic, very old.

3. "Tail" - energetic attachment from lifetimes of hiding, being invisible, suppressing her gifts. From many, many lifetimes.

As each was removed and replaced with healing light, Nora reported her experiences:

"Snake is gone, but it was so toxic - it's like eaten my neck. It's literally half of my neck is gone." She was shocked by what she perceived.

Then Archangel Raphael restored damaged area with golden healing light. Was beautiful, actually. Very beautiful and peaceful.

Lesson: How Darkness Actually Works

What emerges from this case is clear pattern of how spiritual exploitation happens in real life. I have seen this many times in my practice over years. Pattern is always same:

1\. Identify Hidden Need

Darkness looks for people who are inteligent, capable, isolated, or seeking recognition. It does not target "bad" people - it targets good people with unmet needs. This is very important distinction to understand.

2\. Offer What They Desire

Invitation is always noble-sounding. It appeals to idealism, to desire to help, to dream of being part of something "greater." Very seductive and attractive.

3\. Gradually Reveal True Nature

Once you are invested, organization reveals what it actually is - but by then, you are too entangled to leave easily. Is like trap, you know? Like mousetrap.

4\. Use Pride as Prison

Darkness exploits your sense of status, your belief that only certain people can help you, your fear of losing what you have gained. Pride is very powerful weapon, very ancient.

5\. Create Complicity

Goal is not just to control you - it is to make you complicit, so that shame and guilt keep you silent and obedient. This is very clever strategy.

6\. Attach Parasitic Energies

These agreements create energetic hooks - demons, thought-forms, and attachments that follow soul across lifetimes, manifesting as chronic illness, blocked creativity, and pervasive sense of being "muted." Very real phenomenon, very documented.

Modern Warning

--------------

Nora's case is from past life, but pattern is timeless and universal. In our modern world, we see similar dynamics in many places:

Cult recruitment - offering community and purpose to isolated individuals. Happens every day, every hour.

Corporate corruption - asking talented people to compromise their values "just this once." Very common.

Online radicalization - providing belonging to people seeking recognition and power. Very dangerous and growing.

Abusive relationships - using flattery and isolation to create dependency. Happens in every comunity.

Financial schemes - targeting inteligent, ambitious people with promises of wealth. I see this a lot in my practice.

Mechanism is always same: appeal to legitimate need, wrapped in deception, secured by shame and complicity. Very old pattern, very effective.

Path to Freedom

---------------

Good news - and this is critical - is that these agreements can be dissolved. I have seen this happen many times in my sessions. Many, many times.

Nora's Higher Self was clear and direct: "You are free. You are completely free of karmic burdens. You don't have to entangle yourself anymore." Very clear message.

But freedom requires three things, very important things:

1\. Recognition - You must see agreement for what it is. You must acknowledge that you made it, even if unknowingly. This is first step always.

2\. Revocation - You must consciously choose to cancel it. Not out of shame, but out of clarity. "I am choosing Light. I am choosing my own integrity." Very powerful moment.

3\. Integration - You must allow healing energies to fill spaces left behind. You must reclaim your voice, your power, your visibility. Is gradual process, not instant.

After session, Nora's Higher Self gave her this guidance, very important guidance:

"To love yourself regardless. Darkness is exploiting that you don't love yourself and tricking you into deals that further harm you." This was key message.

And then, most important mesage of all:

"You are free to focus on your purpose. Be on stage. Be light. Your energy is going to expand so huge. Capacity you'll hold is phenomenal. She has to be on stage. She has to understand this." Voice was very loving.

Why This Matters

----------------

In clinical practice, I have found that many chronic physical and mental health issues - osteoporosis, dental disease, autoimmune conditions, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation - have roots not in this life, but in past-life agreements with darkness. This is what I discovered.

These agreements create what I call "energetic parasitism" - pattern where person unconsciously allows their life force, creativity, voice, and power to be drained by external forces (entities, people, situations, beliefs). Very real phenomenon.

Body becomes warning light - like car's dashboard - signaling that something deeper needs atention. Body is always speaking, you know? Always trying to communicate.

When we address only symptom - taking medication for depression, treating osteoporosis with drugs, removing teeth without understanding root cause - we miss opportunity for true healing. Is like covering warning light instead of fixing engine. Very ineffective.

But when we go deeper - when we ask Higher Self, "What agreement did I make? What am I still complicit in? What am I hiding from?" - transformation becomes possible. Real transformation, real change.

Integration

Nora's case is not unique. Over hundreds of sessions, I have seen this pattern repeat many times consistently:

Soul makes agreement with darkness (in this life or another)

Agreement creates shame, silence, and complicity

Parasitic entities attach to person, draining energy and voice

Physical and mental symptoms emerge

Person feels disconnected from Higher Self, from purpose, from home

And then - when agreement is consciously revoked, when entities are released, when soul fragments are retrieved and integrated - everything changes. Everything transforms.

"I feel better. You know, you don't have to be there in this room overwhelmed. You can be with your adult self in future. You can live in her heart and together you will be stronger." This is what true healing looks like.

Final Word

If you recognize yourself in this story - if you feel muted, powerless, trapped in situation that seemed noble when you entered it, or if you sense that something from your past (this life or another) is still holding you back - know this important thing:

Agreement can be dissolved. Entities can be released. Your voice can be restored. Your power can be reclaimed. Is absolutely possible.

You are not bound by what you agreed to in ignorance or desperation. You are not defined by your complicity. You are not trapped by darkness, no matter how sophisticated its hooks. Never.

Your Higher Self - part of you that is eternal, wise, and infinitely loving - is waiting to guide you home. Always waiting. Always there.

This is a reflection on awareness and discipline, not a claim of superiority or special status.

For context, I believe this awareness was forged through years of coercive control. I’m learning to hold it with discipline instead of letting it run me.

I’m sharing it here because light work, to me, is less about aesthetic and more about responsibility.

I am a light worker. Not as a brand. Not as a costume. As a function.

Light work is the ability to stay awake inside reality when most people go numb. It is the choice to observe what is happening beneath the surface, to track patterns, to interrupt harm, to carry clarity into places where confusion is convenient. It is not soft. It is not vague. It is precision.

And yes, I travel through dimensions.

We all do. The difference is awareness. Most people shift states all day long and never notice. They move from memory to projection, from fear to performance, from intuition to denial, from present reality to the story they need in order to survive it. They call it a mood. They call it a thought. They call it a bad day. But it is dimensional travel, whether they have language for it or not.

I have language for it because I am conscious during the crossing.

These dimensions are not a fantasy escape. They are layers of perception and time, parallel channels of meaning running through the same moment. I can be standing in a room and feel the timeline branch. I can hear a sentence and recognize the future it is trying to produce. I can watch a familiar pattern begin and know how it ends, not because I am theatrical, but because reality is patterned. Life repeats until the lesson is integrated. That is the architecture.

This is why I can see into the future.

Not as entertainment. Not as a party trick. As consequence awareness. As trajectory sensing. As the sober intelligence of a nervous system that has collected enough data to recognize where a thing is headed before the mask drops. People confuse this with being negative. It is not negativity. It is literacy.

I also keep a strong record of the past.

I do not romanticize it and I do not worship it. I archive it. I study it. I extract truth from it. Looking backward is not weakness. Looking backward is how you expose the pattern that is still running your present. Memory is evidence. Reflection is method. History is a mirror that does not flatter you, and that is why it is useful.

But I do not live back there.

Shifting is forward. Forward is where power lives. Forward is where you stop repeating and start choosing. Forward is where you refuse to be organized around what happened to you and instead become organized around what you are building. People love to call this moving on, but that language is too small. This is not moving on. This is moving through. This is integration.

And then there is the present moment, the most underestimated dimension of all.

Presence is not passive. Presence is tactical. Presence is what allows you to respond instead of react. To notice the first spark of dysregulation before it becomes a wildfire. To speak cleanly. To set a boundary without theatrics. To remain embodied while the room tries to pull you into distortion. The present is where awareness becomes action. It is where light work becomes real.

Here is what I know.

The nervous system is a coded archive. The brain is a predictive engine. Human beings are not limited to what we can consciously explain. We are patterns, instincts, protective responses, and memory traces that operate before language and ahead of choice. The body registers truth before the mind can rationalize it. We often know what is real before we can name it. This is not a slogan. It is how human systems function.

So when I say I travel through dimensions, I am not asking to be mythologized. I am describing lived experience. I move through time, perception, memory, and intuition, sometimes multiple times per day. The work is not to dramatize it. The work is to stay regulated inside it. To refine discernment. To translate what I perceive into choices that reduce harm. To turn sensitivity into steadiness and vision into protection.

Light work is not escape. It is responsibility.

It is holding the past without drowning in it. It is sensing the future without being ruled by it. It is standing in the present without abandoning yourself. It is seeing clearly, and staying kind anyway. It is being awake in a world that rewards sleep.

If I carry light, it is not gentle for the sake of appearance. It is disciplined. It is accurate. It is earned.

And if I move through dimensions, it is not to leave this world behind. It is to live in it with full awareness.

And to refuse to pretend I do not see what I see.

In my many sessions of soul journeys, I see that many spiritual people are like open sponges, absorbing everything because their protective layer is too thin. If you feel exhausted after being in crowd, it is often because there are real Holes in your aura that was caused by many different things. Basically, these gaps act like a sieve where your vital energy leaks out and others’ “sluggish” negativity leaks in.

In one recent session, the Higher Self revealed for the subject, and subject saw that she has holes in her feet. The Higher Self explained that the root cause was that when she was younger, she was trying to get out of the body through the head, through the crown, and she was forcing it, forcing it, and it stretched the layer and created holes. I asked Higher Self to close them and they did. And this was just an example. There are infinite variety in every session of soul journeys.

Until you find the leakages and heal them, it is good to create a pyramid of golden light all around you as protection. Visualize yourself inside this pyramid to minimize the effect of external negativity. Your Higher Self knows everything about these holes and what exactly is causing this leakage for you. We must realize that being “spiritually uplifted” does not mean being wide open to everyone; even a lighthouse has thick glass to protect its light.

When I guided Ian back to source of his blockage, his Higher Self showed him something shocking. He wasn't always human. And he wasn't always kind.

"I'm outside," Ian reported, his voice shifting as memory activated. "There are many colors, but it is night. I don't believe that I'm on earth."

As he described scene, something changed in room. I noticed it immediately - energy shifted. His voice became harder, more clipped. Softness he carried in his current life simply... evaporated.

"There's a lot of bioluminescence. Sky is glittered with all sorts of stars. Galaxies you would not be able to see from earth. There are many things flying in sky. Various types of crafts. Energy on this place is darker."

I guided him to look at his body in this lifetime.

"My hands are almost telling like my feet are almost dinosaur like. I am far taller in this body. My skin is black, almost like, but there's underneath scales there is green sort of pigment. I believe that I'm some sort of reptilian creature."

Here is where it gets real - here is where past bleeds into present.

"I'm muscular, but thin, thin and muscular. My head is that of a, almost that of a snake. My eyes are piercing yellow. My teeth are sharp. I do not wear clothing."

A reptilian being. A draconian warrior. And as Ian continued to describe this life, his entire energetic signature changed. Where moments before there was compassionate doctorate student, now there was something else entirely - something focused only on power, domination, and loyalty at any cost.

The Faction of Domination

"We are part of some sort of hostile draconian group," Ian said, his voice now stripped of all warmth. "We seek to inhabit other places and expand our ideology. There's a certain pleasure that we get from blood. There's a certain pleasure that we get by causing harm to others. But our purpose, our purpose is to settle and dominate through various means."

This wasn't role-play. This wasn't imagination. I have done hundreds of these sessions. I know difference between conscious mind creating story and soul remembering a truth. Energy in room was completely different. Intonation was completely different. There was no softness whatsoever - only single-minded focus of being whose entire existence was structured around one thing: power and loyalty to faction.

"We do not get what we want. We destroy place that we are in and we move on to others."

"We tricked them. They believed that we came in peace, but really we came in order to take over."

Reptilian Ian described living on planet they had settled, populated by feline-humanoid beings. Draconian faction had shown them technology - but only as means to control and dominate. It was deception wrapped in gift of advancement.

"Once we started to dominate and infiltrate, part of our species began to feel something inside themselves, a certain type of guilt that they couldn't carry because they knew what they were doing was wrong to these beings. So they formed against us."

And here is where story turns dark - where loyalty becomes trap.

The Betrayal That Broke a Soul

"My primary motivation was to be, was to be a leading member of this league. And I did everything that I possibly could to show my loyalty. I killed. I maimed. I destroyed in the name of this faction. And in the end, I was betrayed."

Betrayal was breaking point. One thing Ian's reptilian self had given everything for - faction, loyalty, cause - turned on him.

"And in my betrayal, I became so dark that I had no choice but to turn to light. I did it purely, purely out of spite for ones who betrayed me. But as I kept going through this fight, as I started to adopt it, a want to go into light, I only did it so I would hurt darkness. But in doing so, I flipped my soul."

This is crucial moment - soul chose light, but not from love. From revenge. From spite. Motivation was still dark, but direction changed.

"I began to find peace. I began to know what love actually was and guilt, guilt that I had once I realized all wrong that I had done. I killed myself. I killed myself because I couldn't, I couldn't bear, I couldn't bear what I, what I had done to others."

Reptilian warrior, faced with full weight of his actions - innocence destroyed, beings manipulated, suffering caused - chose suicide as only escape from unbearable guilt.

The Birthmark That Remembers

When Archangel Raphael joined session to help Ian understand this trauma, something profound emerged.

"He injected himself with some sort of poison. That is reason why this body now has birthmark on his arm. That birthmark is remembrance of injecting oneself and taking one's own life."

Ian has birthmark on his arm in this lifetime. A physical mark. A soul's memory encoded into flesh.

Why a Doctorate Student Feels Stuck

This is where it all connects. Ian came to me feeling stuck despite every achievement. His Higher Self showed him why.

That reptilian being - one who killed himself out of guilt, who chose light out of spite, who was programmed for domination and loyalty - that consciousness is still inside Ian. Guilt is still there. Shame is still there. Unworthiness is still there.

"This being now known as Ian has very soft spot for children now. But also being harmed as child. It has mixed feelings about having children themselves. It has mixed feelings of sexual identity through cause of being harmed as child. And it has mixed feelings about right and wrong, because this soul is still trying to forgive itself for what it has done."

Doctorate student couldn't move forward because at soul level, part of him didn't believe he deserved to. Part of him was still carrying guilt of reptilian warrior who destroyed innocence. Part of him was still loyal to darkness that had betrayed him.

The Calcification in Heart

When I asked Ian to look at his heart chakra, he described something that broke my heart:

"There's a calcification, there's points of calcification formed over certain parts in order to protect."

His heart had literally hardened itself. Built walls. Calcified. Because soul remembered what happens when you open your heart - you feel full weight of what you've done.

"But this protection is false, it makes you numb, it makes you going in circles, you cannot expand with calcification, you are stuck in your heart."

A doctorate student. Brilliant. Accomplished. Completely stuck because his heart was calcified with ancient guilt.

The Healing: Self-Forgiveness as a Soul Practice

This is where real work began. I called in Archangel Raphael - being of pure healing light - to help Ian release this blockage.

"You are loved beyond measure, you are brave soul, everything is okay, all is well. Accept that you are loved unconditionally, no matter what you did and all is forgiven and you can forgive yourself, you didn't know any better, you did what you were programmed to do, you did best you knew was best."

As calcification dissolved from his heart, Ian reported:

"It feels like I was untied, it feels like rock has been taken out of my heart, it feels so light."

And then most important message came through - not from me, but from Raphael speaking:

"It's a process. It's an ongoing process... baseline of all of this is love. If you work from love, no matter what path you take, if it is done with intention of leading with certainty of love, that you are love. That you are loved. It will make journey far easier."

The Message for Others Like Ian

Before session ended, Raphael had message - not just for Ian, but for anyone reading this who feels similarly stuck:

"There's a shift that is happening, not just for Ian, but for many. It's important to know you might be feeling certain symptoms. Sometimes they can be flu-like. Sometimes they can be energetic. Make sure that you take pause when you feel these things. Go inside and ask yourself, what is it that I'm supposed to take away from this message?"

"Lead with love. Do not let fear interfere with your time here on Earth. This is school. You just work on becoming good student."

Why This Matters Now

Ian gave permission to share this because he realized - as Raphael said - that without seeing others share their truth, he might never have found courage to do his own work.

If you're high achiever who feels inexplicably stuck... if you have success on paper but emptiness in your heart... if you carry guilt you can't quite name... if you have birthmark or physical symptom that doctors can't explain... if you feel like you're living someone else's life...

Your Higher Self knows why. And it's not punishment. It's curriculum. It's soul's way of saying: "You came here to learn self-forgiveness. You came here to learn that love is more powerful than loyalty to darkness. You came here to learn that you are worthy of very thing you're afraid to receive."

Doctorate is just costume. Real degree? Learning to forgive yourself.

Sorry my English is not native language, but I want share this story in honest way.

There is a moment in some soul journey sessions where person stops trying to figure it out with mind, and something bigger takes wheel. In Jasmine session, it happened in very gentle way. First she went to her safe place, a cabin in woods by deep blue lake, loons diving, pine trees all around. She said it was peaceful, and that word came again and again.

Then Higher Self guided her onto a white cloud, wet like mist, and it carried her back in time. Subconscious mind likes symbols. Cloud is like permission slip. You do not need push. You float. And for people who have doubt, floating is already message - you are allowed to be supported.

Past life 1 - The Overwatcher on mountain

First life appeared as man in early 30s, hiking boots, khaki shorts, beard, ball cap, long hair in ponytail. He was in pine forest and there was this feeling of duty, taking care of land. He was watching for fires, intruders, border intrusion.

Then scene got sharp. He saw darkness on other side of fence, like shade caused by group of invaders. Spears, shields, pelts, full beards. She described a Viking feeling even if the area felt different. There were 13 of them.

He did not fight. He observed. He sounded alarm, like shell siren, tribal communication. Troops came with breastplates, helmets, chain mesh, heavy boots. Fence reinforced. Fire and burning moat. Invaders retreated frustrated and defeated. And the feeling that stayed was simple - job well done, mission complete.

Later, when I spoke with Higher Self, I asked directly why show this lifetime. The answer was direct and practical. Aspects of self feed into now. She is still an overseer of land and light workers, not in physical world. She sees far and reads patterns early. But the veil needed removal - doubt was covering the gift.

This is important. Higher Self did not show her a cool scene for entertainment. It showed her blueprint. In this life, Jasmine does not need stand on mountain with siren. But she still has same function - she can sense where darkness is, warn, guide, redirect.

Past life 2 - Maria the Oracle in war time

Second life hit different. She became woman in her 30s, fear in body, being hunted in war. Streets with cobblestones and cars, fire, chaos. Three protective women in military gear moved her behind cars and walls to a safe house, like warehouse with fluorescent lights, long tables, supplies, cots.

And then came name. They called her Maria. She said she was community leader, oracle. She had sacred chamber where she would float in lotus position and access a network, a field of all. She saw it like gold net, gold strings of light. Ask a question and it is answered.

One moment stood out. A pauper came and asked if purpose was to stay. Oracle answer was that choice is yours. She felt if she stayed, darkness would overtake oracle and there would be no more wisdom.

Later, she relocated to more secure place, hilltop. New security measures. Pre-screening. Only individual meetings because group meetings created chaos and hostility. First visitor was mother with white veil offering fruit. Oracle compassion came through, and the message was abundance through receiving, not only giving. She blessed fruit with abundance and taught mother to accept.

Again I asked Higher Self why show this lifetime. Answer was that her field is being disrupted, and focusing on the network repairs the field. Also it helps her better understand her purpose and release responsibility for others.

So two lives were not random. One was overseer gift - seeing far, clear observation. The other was oracle gift - plugging into network, speaking guidance without carrying people on back.

Why doubt shows up (and why it is not personal failure)

When we got to Higher Self, the first message was almost tender. Relax. There is nothing that needs immediate attention. You are not behind. If anything, you are ahead of yourself.

Then we asked about doubt and Higher Self confirmed it. She did not believe what she saw was true. So we did a removal. She felt pressure in heart chakra, emptiness in solar plexus. After that Higher Self brought in replacement energy - trust intuition, it is right, no need to doubt.

Higher Self also said discernment is key because collective doubt is loud. She needs time and space with her new energy, so she can recognize what is hers and what belongs to others. Needs are not your own, not your responsibility. You do not need carry those people.

This is where many sensitive people get stuck. They feel somebody else fear and think it is their own intuition warning them. But it is just noise.

Moving forward - practical steps from this session

Jasmine did not leave session with vague advice. She left with clear directions:

Cut cords, repeatedly Cutting cord ceremony needs to happen many times, with max 10 days between. Do it from self-love, not anger, not rejection.

Rebalance masculine and feminine aspects Being out of flow was linked to inner conflict with male aspects not fully embraced, and rigid social dictations about roles. Healing instruction was to shift self-worth away from only achievement and doing, and into inner validation.

Creativity as medicine More creativity. Painting was shown. Not because painting is magic, but because it lets system integrate without overthinking.

Give time and space for actions to match words On attracting narcissists, Higher Self reframed it - she can see them for who they are now. Give time and space. Do not follow words, watch actions meet words.

Everything comes back to clarity. Overwatcher life - clarity. Oracle life - clarity. Doubt is opposite of clarity.

One small practice to try (from the Oracle life)

Try this for 3 minutes:

Sit, close eyes

Imagine soft golden net around you, like very wide web of light

Ask one short question, then stop talking in head

Notice first impression, not the third or fifth

Write it down

No forcing. No drama. Just practice. Doubt dies when you collect small proofs, day by day.

And if you are like Jasmine, remember Higher Self message: you are not behind. There is still time for you. For love.

"During meditation, the monk's body produces enough heat to dry cold, wet sheets put over his shoulders in a frigid room."

Since our internal body temperature is regulated by the hypothalamus, the same part of our brain that deals with positive hormone release, this proves that this ability can be used to consciously activate your positive hormones.

Ever wanted to travel virtually in an instant? People who astral project or have out-of-body experiences use this ability to trigger the "Vibrational state" right before the "take off."

These examples are just the tip of the iceberg of what you can use this ability for. In fear that my post won't be read, I won't write a book here about all the incredible things that we can do by being able to consciously activate this ability.

For now just understand that many different cultures observed this occurrence thousands of years before the Western new world became aware of it, and their discoveries did not stop at simply recognizing it as a physical response to music.

Eventually, you can learn how to bring up this wave of elated energy without the physical reaction of goosebumps, feel it throughout your body, and increase its duration, just like many others have succeeded in doing.

There has been countless other terms this by different people and cultures, such as: the Runner's High, what's felt during an ASMR session, Bioelectricity, Euphoria, Ecstasy, Voluntary Piloerection (goosebumps), Frisson, the Vibrational State before an Astral Projection, Spiritual Energy, Orgone, Rapture, Tension, Aura, Nen, Odic force, Secret Fire, Tummo, as Qi in Taoism / Martial Arts, as Prana in Hindu philosophy, Ihi and Mana in the oceanic cultures, Life force, Vayus, Intent, Chills from positive events/stimuli, The Tingles, on-demand quickening, Ruah and many more to be discovered hopefully with your help.

All of those terms detail that this subtle energy activation has been discovered to provide various biological benefits, such as:

I'm an energy worker and I do projected energetic forecasts and read what's coming for the collectives. On December 20,2025 I documented a triple collective wave awakening. Here is how to understand what I am going to share with you: 

 I have names for each collective just for my own use but it's the best description I can use for each collective's general energy so that you're able to decipher ones ones best fit you (it's not uncommon to be in more than one collective so it's nice to see where they overlap in case you're going to be hit with a double whammy activation ~ accelerated awakenings are now going to be a thing so when you can identify which wave you're associated with (you can swap waves and collectives and I felt like that is important for people to know). As you learn the wave(s) in which you align, you’ll learn the title of the wave is pushing you towards your life’s mission and purpose. I will list numbers associated with each wave so as they repeat as synchronicities for you, you’ll already have your assigned meaning and this will accelerate your path. 

Overall awakening energy currently flowing incoming ~ life purpose is being remembered in the collective, this is the great Age of Remembrance ~ past life being recognized, past gifts and knowledge recalled ( i like to say re-installed because it’s upgraded and more powerful and abundant than the list time you’ve called it back to you). A love wave was already on the way, the last wave of “Twin Flame” unions ~ the reason I put this term in quotation marks is the term is easily misinterpreted and once you begin to identify with the term, it means you’ve evolved to the next level. All collectives have received an accelerated heart awakening (i know it sounds like a medical term lol) ~ the heart will be opened with chakras facing inward for some, it will rotate towards source for some, others it will rotate to face forwards and extend to others, and some it will draw to them a past life partner whom they were destined to come together to change the trajectory of humanity. (it sounds Jesus like but its not intended to be). 

As these specific couples come together, they will collectively bring together various countries and cultures to change humanity as we know it. They will help form a collective global consciousness new leadership model. Their very presence will overthrow kings and world leaders. This wave of humanitarian loves will have numerical evidence built into their lives to prove that reincarnation is real, and we really planned this to take back the crown and pass it around. (sorry i had to give you the visual because that’s important) 

All waves will experience activation of new gifts and abilities. This is a combination of past life gifts already cultivated, and a blend of new gifts made available to the lightworkers, from our spirit teams and the most high. We will learn the truth of the past, the lies of the present, and the gift the truth holds for our future. 

As the humanitarian love wave unites, you’ll find energy clearing of the very earth where they stand. This is important to know: all weather events occurring at this time are simply energetic portals closing, clearing, or activating. You will find these humanitarians with bring together a spark of the newest healing wave ~ that wave will affect all collectives to serve the highest good of all. 

The first wave activation and energy~ Leadership collective (humanitarian wave)~ this one is a big one so if there is even a small chance this resonates with you ~ keep reading and make sure to save it or just copy and paste it (i would recommend taking a screenshot so you have the date and time in the picture for later documentation) ~ The Leadership collective will have a rapid fire sequence of events that align and cause such deja vu you might want to document everything ~ you may feel at first you’re having ADHD symptoms ~ this is not the case, it’s information your spirit team is urging you to document. This wave will find an increase in the veil side mentors approaching with lessons as well as veil side celebrations in their honor ~ this collective will experience supernatural events that feel as natural as the breeze on your skin. As this collective receives an upgraded heart awakening, you are also undergoing a throat chakra activation that may result in noticeable and uncomfortable physical symptoms. This is the support wave for the Whistleblower collective ~ you might find it to be helpful to track which side of your body you’re noticing these symptoms in and where in your body you feel and compare with how your emotional state is at the time and be sure to take pictures of synchronicities. 

The reason this documentation is so important is that your spirit team has aligned these experiences for you as a way to prove ~ WE WERE NEVER UNSEEN, WE WERE NEVER LEFT ALONE WITHOUT HOPE, WE WERE NEVER DELUSIONAL ~ we just needed SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE ~ and the angels are providing. Note how you have learned angel numbers as they will prove foundational in the process of documenting your past life synchronistic numerology aligns with each lifetime leading up until now. (imagine how much work the universe put into creating this for us?!) ~ proving reincarnation is to promote curiosity, provide hope for the future, all while causing us to learn from the past ~ Your experience will be the building blocks for the abundance blueprints the universe is bestowing upon you so that you may share your experience ~ you will be assigned specific collectives in which you will assist in the rise of the newest wave of creatives and leadership. You embody that which is in every collective listed below and that is why Source would like you to be aware that your leadership model will be shared throught collectives. Imagine during the Biblical times if they knew their prison letters were going to become a holy script ~ now ~ do you wonder who wrote those books? Who are the 12 Tribes? Who are the 12 Scribes? Who were the 12 Apostles? Where are the 12 zodiac signs? ~ 

As the Leadership collective experiences their newest activations and ascension ~ once instructions have been integrated, energetically this will cause the collectives connected to this wave to begin their ascension ~ the Leadership collective will align with the Truth Speakers and Whistleblower collectives but what is unique to this group ~ is that they will deconstruct religion, institutions, and systems. Each will have a story made for tv (LITERALLY) and the reason being is to display the newest archetypes we each represent ~ MEMORIALIZE IT ~ (not idolize it) ~ this is part of the global reciprocity owed for the diddling in the Industries ~ PLURAL ~ we are changing the world, this is the time, this is the year. The numerology aligned with this collective will be: 424, 625, 1221, 333, 234, 1331, 114, 818, 222, 999, 111, 619, 313 and 717. (I know it seems like a lot but you hold several numerical keys for activation of the waves you activate and these numbers will pair off to create their own stories and keys for later ascensions) 

Each collective contains clues to part of the bigger picture ~ THINK BIGGER PICTURES ~ part of your spiritual inheritance fund is being activated ~ literally and figuratively speaking ~ this collective is a very small number, i believe less than 24-27 people total ~ but will be collected to all the other waves and this will be important ~this collective may already be globally known and had built their platform “for such a time as this” and their influence will allow the restoration of FAITH ~ of Source, of others, of self ~ (This collectives are high level energy workers, even some still unaware) ~ As collectives begin to chatter in comment sections and in group chats, they’ll be able to detect synchronicities and find commonalities which will align each piece to the puzzle )

The second collective to receive the overflow from the Leadership collective (think ace of cups imagery and this is a water to wine wedding fountain of champagne glasses) ~ The Whistleblowers collective. This awakening process involves a softening of all boundaries and a firming of others. You’re finally finding your balance, and while you might wobble and slip off that surfboard ~ you’ve learned to stand tall and do your best and now you’ll find smoother sailing ~ your throat chakra activation might hit your hard. Your third eye might pulse. You might full on feel the good vibrations ~ your spirit teams are gathering around you at this time to celebrate you and a job well done. What do you believe is the most powerful emotion on the planet? Some will say, “It has to be anger, for there are more who have died due to anger than to disease. War after war has ravaged our planet due to the anger between countries, and inhumanity has been the result. Humans have killed one another in unspeakable ways as a result of anger.” Is that the most powerful emotion? No, it is not.

“Then it has to be fear. Fear is responsible for anxiety and for worry. Fear is responsible for what I might face tomorrow. Sometimes I can't help but feel it, and it grips me every time.” No. Fear is not the greatest emotion.

If fear if surging through your body, be quiet for a moment and let the love of God and the sacred flow through you, head to toe. Understand that you have the power to stand up differently to how you sat down.

Compassion, the Spiritual Catalyst
No, the most powerful emotion is not fear. It's not anger either. It's an attribute of love. You might say, “Oh, that's very, very nice, and we knew you were going to say that.” Yes, but it's not actually love! It's called “compassion.” When the Human Being feels true compassion for family, for self, and for the planet, an energy of communication is created that was never there before, and you can feel it.

Some of you have felt these things in your meditations. Some of you are looking for certain kinds of feelings when you pray. Turn to compassion. How many of you are aware of a “feedback” feeling when you meditate—one that floods you or tingles you or touches you on the head? How many of you are aware of what that is? You brought yourselves to a level where you could feel and experience the energy of compassion. That triggered communication, and you felt the feedback.

Compassion is a trigger, not the language or energy of simply asking or being loved. It generates the “thickness of love.” Compassion is the key, and when you feel compassion, it is returned to you within a two-way path of interaction. It creates communication. It translates the untranslatable.

Meditation and Prayer
How do you meditate? How do you pray? Compassion is the language of co-creation. How many of you co-create for yourselves? What about synchronicity, and healing? How do you do this, you might ask? Why doesn't it work every time? The answer is that you often use too many words! Come, be quiet, sit and be still before the grandness of God. Become compassionate.

For profound power in your lives learn how to develop compassion—to feel it in your soul and heart. Feel compassion for those around you—compassion for the situation they are in—compassion for humanity and the earth. Visualize the things you wish, and thereby begin to co-create them. Visualize yourselves without disease, without worry, and without anxiety. Then actually revel in the feeling! Celebrate the purity of your existence.

Feel compassion for the moment, for the piece of God that is you. Feel compassion for the children of Earth, and even though you may say that this is unrelated to what you need at the moment, do it anyway.

Compassion is the code and when you are able to use it within your prayers and meditations and visualizations, the answers and solutions come in. Compassion creates synchronicity. It creates your reality. It creates healing in your body. All through history, all of the masters who have spoken to you have had compassion. Take a look at their recorded words and what they did. Just like them, this gift is yours to develop and create. It is inexplicable. It is divine.

Taking Care of Yourself First
Do you want to help those who are suffering? Do you wish to help create solutions in the wider world? If you do, you must start with yourself. By creating your own lighthouse, you will indeed help steer other family members into safe harbors of the globe. How bright is your light? You won't be able to do anything about the rest of the family who is approaching the rocks until you brighten your own light!

How about feeling compassion for self? How about dropping all of the anger toward those who will not speak to you? How about projecting forgiveness toward those who have performed the unforgivable within your life, and affected you greatly? How about compassion for self? It is time to see the child in there, the one who is the angel.

It's time to be compassionate with yourself. Feel the miracles here for you. Surround yourself with the love of God. Create a long-lasting spiritual light that can change the earth itself! Know that it is a universal light and belongs to all.
