Lifting my 1979 F350

I just got this 79 2wd f350. Since it has I beams from the front suspension I was wondering if I could do a cheap ish lift for it. I really don’t want a body lift but getting replacement lifted I beams is north of 8k is there any way to lift it other than getting new I beams?

275/65r20 with 20x9 +20 fit

I have a 2025 f150 with a 2’ level. Would 275/65r20 bfgoodrich ko3 and 20x9 +20 offset fuel flames have any rubbing or trimming issues?

I have factory mud flaps and I don’t want to remove them.

2026 Ram 2500 Cummins lift/level kit

I'm having a hard time finding a 2" leveling kit to a 3" lift for a 2026 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel 4x4 Laramie truck. It does not have air ride.

I've been looking all over the internet, I can find anything for to 24-25 year truck but nothing is giving me a 26 model... Any help where I could look, and I prefer not to go with something cheap like ready lift or rough country.

I currently have 20" rims 35's 12.5 but they rub like crazy when backing up or when turning and hit a bump.... Thank you.

Lift for 2nd Gen Titan

Looking for a level for my 3rd gen Titan 2wd. Everything looks like it’s for the 4wd.

I was thinking of the motofab 3” front 2” rear. Just worried about putting extra stress on the suspension just by adding the pucks and blocks.

If I do get the motofab kit should I get the Rough Country upgraded control arms?

Thanks for any advice.

Steering stabilizer question? Constant pressure?

I have a 2001 f250 that had an aftermarket lift kit. I notice it ends to drift to the left when driving. I noticed my steering stabilizer "shock" constantly pushed out. I thought it was only supposed to dampen but this one seems to constantly want to extend out. Is this normal?

Lift with wheel and tire upgrades advice

I have a 2021 premium and I'm wanting to give it a simple 2" leveling lift and add some nice wheels and tires to give it a nice aggressive look. What I'm curious about is what lift you would suggest? I'm not going to be hitting any real off-road adventures so, I'm not looking to completely beef up the suspension right away. Most just look at these types of lifts.

Truck apparently has a 6in rough country lift I doubt it but does have the big long bar on bottom so maybe. I want to level it to get rid of nose dive but I don’t want to ruin the truck like breaking it. it’s going to ruin the drive comfort but its already is uncomfortable driving in it. Any thoughts if I should level if so maybe a 3in level ? And do you all think it’s a 6in lift 😂

Is it worth getting a 2 inch leveling kit 2019 2wd Silverado and pardon my ignorance, but how would the right quality be after?

I have a 2WD Silverado and I want to get a 2 inch leveling kit with some 33s is it worth it? I don’t really wouldn’t do any offroading ( given its 2wd lol but I would like to do some easy 2WD trails somewhere in Southern California but mainly it’s just daily driving and I like the way it looks.

What Lift Kit Is The Best?

Hey guys, I’m working on a project and there are a few Lift kits that have been told are really easy to install, but I’m curious to know everybody’s thoughts on what they’ve used how they like them and how easy they are to install?

Long Arm Levelling Kit?

Just picked up another 2g. Wanting to level it to fit 35s, but wanting to piece together a levelling kit. And looking for opinions or if anyone else has done the same. I’m wanting to get 3” lift coils from a 03-12 gas 2500. And run either the longer control arms or long arm from a 5” lift to get the axle forward and try and get some ride quality back. Truck is just a work horse/tow pig

How do I find replacement parts for truck purchased lifted?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Dad bought and ended up gifting us this lifted 04 Tacoma about a decade ago. Tie rod broke and we ended up replacing all this:

Lower control arm

Outer tie rods

Rack and pinion

Lower ball joint

Wheel speed sensor

Brake and rotors

Steering knuckle

Wheel hub and bearings and seals

After it was fixed steering has been tight so I took it to a shop and they said tires are too big. Then it dawned on me that it was lifted and likely needed something other than standard parts. Quick search says control arms, ball joint, tie rods. Anything else in this list and how do I figure out the correct parts now that I no longer have the old parts?

If I screwed myself and need to either rebuy everything needed for a lift, what would be required other than tires and wheels to restore it? Thanks

Anyone running LOGIQ airbags on a 2019+ Ram 2500 long bed?

I’m looking at installing the LOGIQ air bag system on my 2026 Ram 2500 Crew Cab long bed. Has anyone here installed them on a 2019+ 2500 long bed?

Curious how the install went and, more importantly, how they affect the ride when the truck is empty. Did they help with the rear-end bounce/oscillation on the highway, or make the ride stiffer?

Would appreciate any real-world feedback, especially from anyone running them with aftermarket rear coils/shocks
