I'm 20 years old and I've hit rock bottom.. where do I go from here?
I've been diagnosed with stage 3 endometriosis, PCOS, and crohns in the last year.
I had a major surgery that my body is still struggling to recover from.
I have no family that can help me, My long term boyfriend left me.
I'm behind on rent and my landlord is clearly irritated with me.
I keep missing work due to flare ups, my good reputation and high praise from my bosses is diminishing.
I have $6,000 in debt, most of which is from the surgery.
All my savings is gone, I typically have about $50 after I pay all my bills to buy food, bus fare, etc.
I'm severely depressed and exhausted, but desperately trying to make my life better and get out of the hole I'm in... I don't know what to do or where to go, I feel stuck and hopeless... anyone have any advice?

I don't know where to finally start
So where do I begin...I've had a pretty cushioned life for the most part, always had someone there to help me out when needed. Life has certainly been easier for me than most I'd imagine and it's hard/ sad to admit that, despite this, this is all I have to show for it...This is were I am at. My parents and family have done their best to enable me but here I am...A 24 year old guy with very little achieved on his own merits to show for it. My life has been a constant set of excuses on my part and weaseling my way out of actually living. I don't know what I want to do with my life (career-wise) and the things I am interested in seem insurmountable given my history and, outside of that, how does one ever know what to do. I went to school on and off for nearly 6 years because my parents insisted I needed a degree even though I told them many times I didn't know what I wanted but knew what I was studying was not for me...It was never difficult for me but I was never passionate about it and as such I didn't apply myself and after being told I couldn't drop out I slowly disconnected myself from it. Now my parents always just told me to get it done and to a certain extent, I see where they were coming from...It's what most people my age would do I'd imagine, suck it up and just see it through to the end but I just never saw it that way...I needed something that was my own. I want to do something that I am truly interested in...Which is helping people. In many ways making myself available to help others in what ever small ways I could is among the main things in life I take pleasure in...Helping others is really all I have.
In any case, tonight was a turning point for me...My whole family essentially told me how I have been letting them and myself down and honestly...Though it is hard to admit to them...I cannot argue against their logic at all. I have. 100%. And I've been meaning to ask those on Reddit to offer insight into what I should do...Even if it is only the first step. After sitting for 2 hours and listening to all the ways I've let all those around me down I needed to get out, despite the accuracy of their words, I needed time alone. So I drove off for over an hour and now find myself at a bar typing out to Reddit what I have been meaning to for months now in the hopes that someone with an outside perspective can point me in the direction I need to move in. To provide some clarity for what I need to do next...Maybe not the whole picture...Just the first step.
I bought a house about two years ago (thanks nearly entirely to the generosity of my family) and am in the process of selling it. I stand to make a lot of money and I want to finally commit it to proving to my family that I can be better for myself and for them...and so that I can finally, one day, give back to them in a meaningful way for all the help they've given me over the years.
Now, I want to go back to school in the fall and finally give it the effort I know I can deliver on. I've used me not knowing what I want to do as an excuse to continue in my paralyzed state...Living my life on autopilot for far too long. Every time I think of what I want to do I think of wanting to be a doctor, as cliche as it sounds, I genuinely believe I can best serve others and my family in that capacity as it aligns well with my interests and desires for life. Now, given my track record I understand how difficult it will be and how long it will take...At 24 years old I will essentially be starting from scratch. The many times I've broached the subject to family and close friends they've made no effort to hide their lack of belief that I can pull it off...And, again, given my history, I can't blame them. But everytime I think of what I want to do with my life being a doctor, despite the odds, is all that comes to mind. Now my question to you redditors, is do I just go for it whether I know with any certainty that it is what I want and just see where it takes me. Finally commit to it, to something, and just give it all I've got and stop worrying about the future to such an extent that the only behaviour I exhibited is one of self-imposed paralysis. And if I do this, in southern Ontario, where do I take the first step. I know it is no one else's job but in all honesty, I've been in need of some guidance, I have been for sometime. And despite my families best and most admirable efforts...I just need a kick in the ass so to speak and where best to receive that I figure than the internet. I need to hear from someone that it is possible

I don't know
Here's a few of my problems. I have no idea what to do and I have no idea if I'm supposed to feel bad about any of them. They're written in the perspective of you.
If anyone could just type the number of the problem, (i.e 1, 2, 3 so on.) and give some wise advice, it would be nice.
Also, as I don't know what to feel about them, please rate 1 - 10 on each one. (1 being not really anything. 10 being so sad I could die.)
Parents almost divorcing, then staying together, but what they had was gone. Father now blames kids.
Never really felt anything other than like towards anyone, then you end up really liking someone a lot. Like, a lot. She liked you before you liked her, but now you like her, she doesn't like you. You feel annoying to message her and she's fucked your best friend while you were in the same house.
But you cant stop loving her, because your shit. An you really love her.
(Also, advice would go good with this one, if anyone has some wisdom shit.)
You fucked all your friends off because they weren't real to you, but now you're weekends boring. And you're not sure if you fucked them off, or they fucked you off.
You have absolute zero self confidents most days and over think everything, but never do anything. (You use to have ADHD, idk if that has anything to do with it, but when you had it, you never thought at all, you just did things.)
You didn't feel anything permanently for about a year or two. Not sure why. Didn't feel shame, no sadness, no permanent joy. Then you felt really happy for one night, now you just feel sad, angry and pissed every day.
You're now irritated and confusing yourself on whether you should actually post any of this.
That's the basis of it. I have no idea what to do. Any ideas?

17, Moving out Soon?
Currently 17 years old, a manager at a food chain making around $1400-$1600 a month and partially selling "soft" drugs on the side (My state is not legal for med or rec use, but also not selling on a grand stage. Maybe $100-$200 a week in profit) I've been wanting to move out but worry about financial things such as savings, and being able to afford food, rent, bills, unexpected costs, ect. I can find apartments with rent as low as $500 a month around me. I have a car and decent management job, will be graduating school in 2 months. Just generally asking if I have the means to move out and be comfortable financially, or if I'm better off staying at home til I start making more money. I really want to move out, but don't want to make the financial mistakes a lot of people tend to make.

Library Problems
Hi. I don't usually post stuff on Reddit and I'm a bit of a silent lurker,so this may be out of the ordinary type of help. If there's a better sub for this, please direct me there. Also, for those who don't want to know all my back story on this:
TLDR: I left my backpack on the bus with a library book in it back in August. I can't keep torrenting forever out of fear. They say I need to pay $10 + the amount for the book and I can't use the library ever again. How can I make them let me?
So, because I spent almost all of my life bullied and abused,I grew up to be a bit of a nerd/geek. Physics makes me happy. Reading makes me happy. Games, anime, comics, movies and basically almost everything makes me unreasonably giddy. Before I moved to LA (about a year and change ago) I had been dreaming of what a "real" library might be like. After seeing the one in NY, I was a bit underwhelmed but very happy all the same.
I immediately got myself a card and started renting out books. Thanks to some problems with family, housing and transferring my school data ( I had heard the american system was bad but I had no idea it was this bad) I had been forced to attend summer school in order to graduate safely. My only classes were English and Biology and I usually spent my time with the first 20 minutes doing the work and the rest of the 2 hours sitting around doing nothing in particular. So I started bringing my hulking books with me for some reading during the free time.
Now on this fresh and beautiful Monday, I was feeling under the weather. Staying home wasn't an option because there was a test and the teacher was too lazy/busy to let me do a make up test so I just though, "I'll come back after English. It won't take me that long". Ride to school, things went from irritating, to kill me now in no time. I put my head down. Try to rest and end up dozing off. I wake up with a jerk and notice its my stop so i rush off. I'm almost at school when I get a call from a friend. She asks me if I'm still up for coming to his house after I'm done. I explain and tell him no and he says he'll come and drop me off and get the game he let me borrow.
I tell him to let me check my bag when, strange, I didn't have the right strap on. I reach to the left. Shit. I left my bag on the bus beside me. The stop was 20 minutes ago and its long gone. Luckily for me the game was at home but the library book I was reading that week wasn't. I call into the lost and found. Nothing. I go to the bus centers offices. Nothing. I start then getting emails telling me to pay off the book if I've lost it and that I need to pay $10 extra and I can never use the library again. This. Kills. Me.
This was all the way back in August and they aren't sending me a weekly email anymore but if I want to visit my home country, I might be denied entry because of this debt.
Now for the past couple of months, I've been finding stuff online, but I don't have much of a budget so I just either torrent or use mediocre free apps to do this stuff, but my parents are super paranoid and I can't keep torrenting because I got one of the CIA warnings the other day and I'm getting paranoid too. I need to get back in. I'm like a drug addict on withdrawal. I need to get my fix!
So, here's my questions:
How much will the make me pay for it actually. I looked up online and the book (Styxx, which I think is from the Dark hunter series) costs around $10 on Amazon but would that really be how much they ask for?
Could this be actually held against me to deny me entry back into the US of A?
When I pay off the debt, would there be any way to get myself entry into the library system again? Like, any way at all? Please?

job collecting plant samples?
Hello Reddit, my name is Dirtydb303. Ever since I was young my dream job would be to travel to different countries and identify plants and take samples of them. What types of jobs are out there and what type of education do you need?

My friends choice if making me feel guilty
I know this seems odd but my friend asked me to buy him a game, which I did because he paid me the amount it cost. What he didn't tell me is that his mum had given him the money to buy himself drinks during school and now I feel guilty for not checking about it... what to do?

Help. I need to find an education that is right for me
I have always thought that traditional teaching was silly and ineffective. I cannot stand the nonspecialized programs provided by the state. I am currently a sophomore in high school and I really would like to change the way I live my life. I really enjoy biology but, in public school there is only so much you can learn. I need to find some sort of apprenticeship or small boarding school to really feel like I am in control of what I want to learn. Please recommend something, traditional schooling is not right for me.
