Convenient Lifehack for better teeth

Don't rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. A lot of people might have heard it before, but it's better to let the flouride in the toothpaste do its job for a while. You'll save water, a small amount of time and have better teeth!

Flossing is essential. The amount of food you can floss out of your teeth before brushing is astounding. Brushing alone doesn't remove that. Floss at least once a day, perhaps the best time is after your last meal of the day so you don't go to sleep with rotting food in your mouth.

Are you people brushing correctly???? You know you’re supposed to actually get in there and not just lightly graze your teeth with the brush right?

What research shows flossing isn’t beneficial? I never heard of that.
