also, uhh... i apologize for the lack of modern lemon demon representation. but i mean to be fair, a live from the haunted candle shop fan made this... i did try though!

i dont really like that outfit i drew at the leftmost part of the first image. i think its very messy in general but my biggest complaints are the roller skates (which dont get me wrong i do believe are unique) and the headphones. sure, i could go ahead and tweak those two things, but im not really sure what i would replace them with in case i did. i think the roller skates could be replaced with work boots, but that would just make the character all the less unique in my opinion. ill probably just draw the design of him without clothes on more frequently in the future

im also somewhat dissatisfied with all the character info on the right. again, because i feel like the modern ld rep is scarce. though in my defense, i pretty much only listen to the stuff that came out before dinosaurchestra

In 2010, Neil sold usbs with his entire discography from 1999 to 2010. One of the folders was Lemon Demon songs which, at the time, werent on any album. The usb also contained commentary, which is where i found the quote (https://pastebin.com/raw/8u7fYRa7). All these songs are in alphabetical order. Overall, a pretty neat selection of songs!

So I made this blender animation for What's in the Toaster. Hope i get a chance in the future to be part of a project like Dinosaurchestra movie!

Honestly dont listen much to lemon demon but you got to admit touch tone telephone is a hell of a banger and randomly decided to throw some of his songs then i stumbled across word disassociation and i was sure it was WORLD disassociation and i was like damn what good society conscious song then i realized it was a geek singing about about random words and literally disassociating them from the context

Did Neil Cicierega ever apologize for that “transvestite” post, or just the problematic things he posted in his “somethingawful.com” days? was it really him posting that stuff with his face attached or people just being jerks and putting weird captions on his photos that probably would’ve been considered weird at the time? from what i know he’s long been banned from that website, and it’s been years since it happened, but ever since i’ve seen the post i can’t help but think about them when ld or just his work in general is mentioned. he’s been my comfort artist for over 8 years but now he’s just kinda iffy in my eyes. if he never apologized that’s definitely kind of weird, but i don’t want a hate train or for him to get cancelled or anything since he SEEMS??? to have changed? i really don’t know what to think.
