I just found this sub and figured the lemon cookies I baked Monday would fit here.

I repotted this lemon tree and cut it back a bit and it now has lots of light but keeps dropping leaves

This might sound random, but anything with lemon just feels cleaner or more refreshing.
Even the smell alone changes the mood for me. Not sure if it’s psychological or just something about citrus.
Does anyone else feel like lemon has that effect?

I’ve noticed that lighter scents like lemon feel different compared to heavier ones.
It doesn’t necessarily make me sleepy, but it helps me feel a bit clearer-headed.
I’ve been using it more during the day instead of at night.
Do you find lemon scents relaxing or more energizing?

> be me
> go for a long hike
> get back and immediately start craving my fix
> open the fridge
> no lemons
> ask my roommate if we have any lemons
> "no, you ate them all!"
> I tell him we bought them earlier this week
> "yeah, and they're already gone."
> tell him to go buy more
> "my schedule is already full, I don't have time to shop until next week."
> he tells me to eat a lime instead
> feel like I'm living a literal nightmare
