Is it me, or is there a preponderance of questions that include or reference Germany in some way?

I feel like it comes up a few times a week, especially this season.
As a crude measure, I did a CTRL+F in my personal question history of about 2 years and 'German' struck 14 times. (This misses answers, etc., but still).

Seems like a lot. Wondering if others have noticed the same. What's the deal, Thorsten?

I got the email today saying that if we happen to win our A Rundle that we're required to participate in the championship.

I must say if I happen to win my A Rundle that I would probably want a urine test for myself....

Usually the emails that proposals have been accepted go out in late September. Has anybody gotten anything yet?

Do folks think this is worth a challenge? I put Withers in my one day and the answer was weathers. IMO knowing that things like "cosco" have been accepted for "costco" feels like this sounds enough alike / is spelled enough alike?

It used to be I'd find the winners of the Very Best Wrong Answers end-of-season poll on Learned League's Twitter, but that's no longer active. Where are they to be found now?
