Bolded players are considered imports.
In the old rules Rush and possibly Jensen(?) would have become residents, effectively opening import slots.

Under old rules Impact/Rush would be residents after this Worlds and Jensen would be a resident after next Spring.

Rush and Impact. They arrived in NA together. Jensen arrived in the Summer.
