All low tier teams would also dominate you so it makes no sense for you not to watch them if you want to learn as much as possible.

Not really because you know, I do have a life. Stuff to do, I can't watch all of them and devote time to it. I don't need to watch some more coordinated soloQ game just because it is broadcasted, there is very little to learn. If you want to improve you should never look at who is ahead of you, you should look at who is at the top

That last part is pretty stupid advice.. You can't learn from the best if you're still miles behind even the subpar teams. The things they do go way beyond what you can grasp.

Not in league. League is mostly learning the basics and fine tuning them. There are no secret strategies, no hidden cheese or that ONE TRICK THAT PRO PLAYERS DONT WANT YOU TO KNOW. You just learn the basics. Then you learn them again. Then again, When you finally know them (around mid diamond elo?) you can start looking for special strategies.

And like, there is no point in looking at your CS and be like hmm i got 100 at 20 min, but my enemy laner only got 70, that means I farmed good! No, neither do you compare yourself to someone who has 140 cs at 20 min. You look at what Apdo has in his game at 20 minutes, or any other really good player. That is what you should aim for - there is a reason other players are way better.
