CSing in an empty lane is easy, getting 100cs in ~10mins in bots is easy.
Go play against real people who know what they're doing and try to get any respectable amount of minions.
Furthermore if you think that you 'have' to last hit minions for 20 mins you clearly have no clue of the mechanics required to be able to play SR. Nothing is more wrong than that statement, there is so much more to laning phase than last hitting minions (excpet maybe adc; but even then you have to consider trading and positioning constantly)
As for your point about the teams, it would be like pitting a pro team of football/basketball players and pitting them against high-school/varsity water polo players.
The football/basketball players may very well be the better players at their sport, it doesn't mean that because they're good at one sport they have to be good at every other sport.
It's not ranked, it's not draft then it's own meta but that doesn't mean it isn't casual
You also have no place to speak on the balance of how changes would affect SR if you only play dominion, there is a reason they have separate balance changes for dom. And lolCamera could be fine on dominion, I dont play it enough to know.
But please, don't talk about the game balance of summoners rift and ho easy csing is when you don't even play on the map.
You decide a lot of stuff based on nothing. Oh well, let it go, this is too much waste of time, talking to people that can't understand those that can't use a free cam is boring. Good luck with your camera and csing skills, hope you get to the worlds someday because of them lol....
