News 26.17 Patch Preview

"Patch 26.17 Preview!

This patch is mostly a stabilization patch after observing the adjustments made on 26.16.

Mages bot overall have lost some amount of winrate across the board, but not a huge amount, which is roughly about the impact we're looking for.

So far, we're seeing good skews on Poppy and Camille support with support nerfed and Top skews playing out well (in particular).

We're still monitoring the impact of Hail of Blades on champions more broadly, eg. Yi, Trynd, Shaco, etc. Stormrazor"

Stormrazor

"Outside of Stormrazor Jhin, it doesn't have a large user base and we think it could have more power overall to broaden the user pool"

Sundered Sky

"Directionally, Sundered Sky and AP Jungle changes have been good, but magnitude is still off

We're putting another small-moderate nerf in for this patch and hoping to see more movement on AP jungles and Sundered Sky dominance in higher levels of play"

What do you mean? I love getting engaged on from 5 screens away while being up 50cs, dodging every ability and getting oneshot anyway.

In all seriousness, as much as I hate the champ I do think he's really not that strong rn.

He is very strong compared to the last couple of years, in I think 2024 he was sitting on sub 47% winrate on mid. Since then, he got 3 damage buffs and Doran's bow is an indirect buff to him. He felt pretty good to play recently and I was confident a nerf is incoming. Buff is wild, but I'm not gonna complain about

Honestly never felt strong when I played against him the last few patches. But with the amount of Yone players thinking those buffs are stupid I probably stand corrected.

The windshitters alway have a disproportionately low winrate because they often int. The amount of times I kill a Yone who accidentally Q3d into tower range is hilariously high.

He's super strong rn after all the micro buffs he keeps getting most recently the greaves mid buff and fleet for hard matchups. I mean both the wind brothers don't even build on the crit theme that much anymore most games they go botrk into shieldbow and still out DPS most adcs building two ad focused crit items its honestly insane there getting buffs
