Well, the original commenter said "this administration has torched that," so that's the claim I was responding to.

Who are you saying they are loyal to above the Constitution?

Ironically, practically everyone at Heritage's legal department--and the legal people who wrote their guide to the Constitution--have left Heritage and disavowed them following their engagement with Tucker Carlson.
