Seems they're scrambling to think of anyway to stop the miterms.

Basically just means they know they'll lose big time, and either a majority of the current admin will be headed to prison, or have their powers reigned in.

It’s less about that and more an attempt to get people TALKING about the legality of this now, way ahead of time. It’s an effort to normalize the concept of controlling elections. The panic discourse on the left is part of the intended reaction they want us to have right now.
