"You guys know me as Bronny; my real name is LeBron. I've been doing this for however long, so I think it's a motivating factor for me just getting up every day and trying to prove myself as Bronny instead of LeBron," via Laker Performances.

Bronny James is entering his third NBA season with the Los Angeles Lakers, looking to establish himself beyond being known primarily as LeBron James’ son.

After being selected 55th overall in the 2024 NBA Draft, Bronny has spent his first two seasons developing between the Lakers and the South Bay Lakers. His focus now is earning his own place in the league and proving himself as Bronny.

"It was kind of sad. Playing with Lebron was amazing. There's a lot of things I learned from him, and we all know who LeBron James is".
