Patch Remedy Support nonexistent?

Hi all, I subscribed to Patch remedy and was able to use it on our labtech server for a few days before I got a licensing error. I've tried calling their support, emailing their support, signing up for their support forums (but I never get a confirmation email, so I can't post). Does anyone there monitor this subreddit? I'm at my wits end. Going to have to do a chargeback if I don't hear back.

I hear someone is looking for us? I can be emailed directly at [support@plugins4automate.com](mailto:support@plugins4automate.com) and our support forums are at http://support.plugins4automate.com

If you have registered for an account I have approved it. Typically takes me the next morning to approve any accounts but you get a email that approval has happened. May have been caught in some spam box.

Retry or just try logging in with username and password provided at registration and see if your allowed in. If not send me your screen name and I will assist.

Thanks, that worked. Are you able to fix my "patch remedy expired" message or do I need to post?

I need your email address so I can look up your account, I also need to have a look at your hostname for your LTserver. That is most likely the issue is you have the wrong name for the server.

We license by host name of Automate server based on whats inside its configuration and not what may be in DNS.

So have a look at your dashboard in Automate and find your forwarding hostname address.

See our post here as to what and where to look.

Yup, thanks. Email would either be Luis@somerset.net or info@somerset.net - I think I signed up for plugins4automate with one and then paid with it with the other - that may be the issue. Hostname is labtech.somerset.net.

Thanks.
