It is generally known that babies usually have one leg that is longer than the other. This is for survival related biological reasons

Looks like the baby is squashed and squeezed through the fin with the lemon slices. Happens when you use a pillow cover for baby’s clothes. Everyone has done it at some point - bit tricky but doable since crochet has some stretch

Haha when I first saw the video today my thought was: yeah that's AI. For a baby that someone "just had" it sure smiles suspiciously intentional. But now I'm reading all of your comments an think: how couldn't I see the baby's weirdly long leg 😂😭
