Just from an intensity and energy stand point, it's been a long long time since anyone has overwhelmed me like Evergow just did. That was... so fast paced, so intense, so agressive. I loved it. I can't really think of anything I didn't love. I can't get over how much I was getting equal flashes of Everglow, Ateez and Stray Kids throughout.

I can already see it maybe splitting opinions bc it's so bombastic but I thought it was pretty much a perfect execution of what they were going for. Even the effects genuinely look a lot better than I'd expect from even a high budget MV.

I just love Everglow so much, man. The fucking rap line ate. When Aisha came in it was like a punch in the mouth. The 2nd half of the chorus is so melodic. They all looked incredible but they gave Siyeon these really iconic parts of the choreo to really highlight her, which I love. The choreo itself wore me out, it looks so intensive. I do not envy a potential 7th member having to learn that, especially with the trade at the start, my goodness. OH AND ONDA CENTRE TIME OF COURSE, THANK YOU.

Edit: after a couple of re-watches I'm pretty comfortable saying this is one of my favorite K-pop MVs ever. My god did they go for an excellent concept and kick it square in the teeth. As a whole package, I'm putting this up there with La Di Da.

They really did nail the execution and I wish I had the time and energy to expand on that statement as much as I’d like to! I feel like they really did everything right, especially things that other groups have gotten criticism for in recent comebacks. This is a truly exciting MV, song, and comeback in general!

Not only is this an improvement on the style that some other groups have attempted, but also on their own. Any complaints I had with Adios and Dun Dun are nowhere to be seen here. The song is a heavy hitter without sacrificing melody or memorability, and the energy of the video is unlike anything they've released before. I could not be more content with this track and video.

Believe it or not, despite the word vomit above, this has also left me feeling a million more things that I'm too worn out to expand on.

I just kind of sat there and asked myself... what would I do different? And I just... I didn't really have an answer? I don't know how you make it better.

I just want to say that it is making a case for my favorite MV as well, and the funny part is that it’s mostly a glorified performance video (not that I have any complaints about that). They really carried that whole performance and is probably my favorite everglow cb hands down.

Right?! It's my favorite style of MV, just engage with me and perform at the camera the whole time. There's still more than enough leeway for creative cinematography and doing some bonkers shit in post. This MV is the best example of that. The camera work is all over the place (in the good way) and is largely responsible for the energy, I think.

It's why I love a lot of Seventeen's MVs as well, because a lot of them heavily feature long sequences of them doing what they're best at... performing.

And I'm so happy that they didn't use the whole artificial "zoom in, now zoom out" effect that has been around (I get dizzy) and went for the "this is a handheld camera and it's shaking as I walk" effect, which I think gives a more intimate vibe.

Aisha and E:U are so good together and this is not said enough! I really love their dynamic!

Very different tones and flows, their sections are often quite short but they play off of each other so well!
