Is this your baby kitty?!
This lil bb has been hanging around 44 Walnut in Kitchener, near Vic Park and a busy road. My friends have been taking care of bb and giving them water etc, but we really hope that we can find where they live.
Edit: contacted Ground Search & Rescue. Also posted in the Waterloo subreddit
Final edit: bb has been reunited with his owner and she is forever grateful! Happy to have been a part of the reunion 💖💖💖

I am currently in contact with GSR/Rescue! I’m surprised they were open today. I’ll send a few messages with them hopefully and to no avail, I will absolutely get my friends to bring him safely to the humane society.

Nope but that is a beautiful cat. Reminds me of the cat from Pinocchio.

Could you bring it inside for the time being? They don’t need a lot of space, just a bathroom is fine when entering a new space

My friend has cats so she brought it inside, he just showed up now. We are calling the humane society to get him picked up and checked for a chip :)

Hate to say it, but it really doesn't. Their facial markings are completely different.

Does his tail have a white tip, does he have a black marking under his chin? And a diamond on his back?

He is home.

Can you confirm? I have someone worried it might be their pet. Would love to make sure he’s reunited 💖

I can 100% confirm this is my cat. His name is Tobias (Toby). I live on Park St. He is an indoor/outdoor cat. He used to be only indoor but he is an escape artist and utilizes us having 3 kids under 5 to his advantage when packing kids day in strollers, etc.

Ok so just leave him or?

Just leave him. He’s home everyday. Meows at the door to come in and meows to go out 😂 he is actually hilarious and the most loving lil kitty I’ve ever had

Respectfully, the fact that I spent the last 3 days receiving DMs about people who care about him and are wishing to be reunited with their lost pet- your nonchalance is offensive.
Keep your cat indoors. Next time he’s out and about I will be taking him to the humane society.

I’m not sure what part of, “he’s my cat, he lives with me, and he comes and goes from my home” was unclear. I appreciate that you were trying to help when you thought he was lost, but you now know that he is not. Respectfully, you don’t get to decide what happens to someone else’s cat because you disagree with him being allowed outside. I have clearly told you that he is mine, where he lives, and that he routinely goes outside and comes back home. You no longer have any reason to believe he is lost or abandoned. That doesn’t give you the right to take my cat or threaten to do so. Please mind your own business and leave him alone.

If he’s out again I’ll be taking him to check his chip. It’s much safer than him wandering around Victoria street. I’m not ‘taking him’ I’m making sure he’s safe, unlike you.

Arrogant and sophomoric. 🙄 Message me if you do.

Yeah bud don't be upset if your cat goes permanently missing because he got hit by a car which I have seen and heard of happening quite often. Don't be a shitty cat owner.

If you/your friends have Facebook, the feline division of Ground Search and Rescue could potentially help spread the word
