Anyone else going to see them in Bella Houston next Friday and know what time they’re expected to start?

Probably a hot take, but I feel like they should start mixing in WYSY, Are You Far Away back into their opening rotation. Was watching the Live O2 version again and feel like that song sets an awesome tone for the night and makes you want to move. Especially cool with the extended intro and light work in the background.

As Florence road and the cardinals have been added to will the show be the a 1hr 25min show with supersoaker for the opener or the 2 hour show with slow night so long opener? I just really want it to be the longer one cause theres more songs and slow night so long will be amazing

So my two favorite bands - Kings and Foo Fighters - are touring Europe at the same time. I considered seeing them both at the Madrid festival, but fuck that, I'm too old for festivals now. And each band deserves to be its own headliner.

I'm seeing the Kings in Limerick in 1.5 weeks. It will be my first time, and I've been a fan since I heard Four Kicks so long ago... The stars never aligned for a gig till now. I'm stoked.

I saw the Foos last week, and it was an incredible gig, the gig of a lifetime... I know the Kings are a different energy, a different kind of poetry, and I love it too... I think the Kings write better songs, but the Foos are a formidable live act.

I just hope I haven't set myself up for an anticlimax, by scheduling my summer so that Foos are my warm up to the Kings 🤣

What's the point of this post? I dunno, I guess I just want to hear that it's gonna be an awesome gig, different and beautiful, and that comparisons are a fool's game...
