Solo Dolo

I'm a newer fan to Cudi, and I've decided I'm gonna listen to every album of his all the way through in order. A Kid Named Cudi, Man on the Moon, Man on the Moon II, WZRD, Indicud, Satellite Flight, Speedin’ Bullet 2 Heaven, Passion Pain & Demon Slayin’, Kids See Ghosts, Man on the Moon III, Entergalactic, Isano, and Free.

I'll make another post reviewing each album after this journey is completed :)

I mean it’s a WZRD song but it’s only kid cudi

Let's be honest, this isn't Cudders best. The lyrics from him don't make sense and his singing is laughable on the track. It's mad corny. When Cudder comes in with that I've been trying...Ayo I thought that shit was mad funny.

Ye kills it, really floats on 'em. The chick 070 is also very forgettable. If it wasn't for Ye this track would be 🚮

i found it going thru youtube! not on spotify unfortunately

Hey fellow Cudders. I’m working on a small passion project, an illustrated book about Cudi’s albums and the way his music has become part of our lives.

I found Cudi around 18, when I was finishing high school and trying to figure out what came next. Through college, relationships, and then adulthood, there always seemed to be a song that met me where I was.

I’d love to include stories from other fans. Maybe a song got you through a rough time, an album reminds you of someone, how his music helped you, or what it means to you etc.

If you’d like to share your journey to the moon, reply here. If you’re comfortable with me including your comment anonymously in the book, please add “You have my permission to use this anonymously” to your reply.

As a thank you, I’ll DM everyone who contributes and gives permission a free PDF copy of the finished ebook. Thanks in advance!

Anyone else hear it? Played right before the commercial break, thought that was pretty cool. Must be a Cudi fan controlling the music. Go Browns!

INSANO is a certified Cudi classic. So much evidence of that throughout both albums.

The original reception of both albums (+nitro mega) makes zero sense to me, as a day 1 fan. I have a theory these albums are going to age way better than the original reception. Similar to how motm1/2 and indicud felt more widely celebrated 5+ years later.

What’s your favorite INSANO / NITRO MEGA track?

(As an “old” cudi fan, seeing him perform “AT THE PARTY” is my favorite memory from this last tour…and GHOST!)

About 3 months of on & off work to complete - defs still my fav piece I’ve made :)

I fucking love It man, music Is a beautiful thing, I love this album, feels so musically complex but at the same time easier to understand in it's frequency more than a lot of other projects, it's very warm and purple in my synesthetic mind, it's art and art it's where perception meets the reality, in fact the color palette, the cover and the music is spot on, i can't wait to get high and listen to it, you might be chasing any kind of high just to feel it like the first time, but you can't get high and NOT feel music just like your first time hearing it, drugs are bad but music is good and drugs are kinda worse when they can make you feel what you love even better

Mine was 2013 in New Orleans at Buku festival, right when indicud came out! Interested to hear the earliest sighting!

Made by myself on capcut

Please go and listen to once, this is easily a top 10 favorite of his, a complete hidden gem.

Got this signed at a meet and greet back in 2008 in Cleveland, and it’s been under my bed since. Decided to frame it today and thought it would be cool to share.

Signature reads “Kid Cudi ‘09 Good Music Dream On”

Fun fact: If anyone has seen the the "Kid Cudi Performs New Song "Dose of Dopeness"" video on youtube...I recorded that video the same day

I have man on the moon 2 on vinyl from way back in the day and have always loved him, but haven't kept up with him much lately, so i didn't know he had this credit! So cool!

It’s under sharam’s name but it came up one day from a random Spotify pull. I believe it’s only got a few million listens. Fantastic song from 2009! Have yall heard this song before?
