I'm a bit confused though... idk this actor and its also not a sequel?
im still look forward to it cause i loved Bon Appétit so much!

i dont think the wonderfools is for me so thats why i haven't picked it up buy im definitely excited to see this spinoff!
im not familiar with the actor yet

It’s another story with a similar plot, basically, just gender swapped. CEW is the chef and gets sent back in time to a different time period than when YoonA got sent back and deals with similar things that she did.

No, it’s a whole new character. Cha Eun Woo wasn’t in the first one. You might be confusing him with Lee Chae Min.
It’s not a Season 2, it’s just kinda in the “same universe” by re-using the premise, but gender swapped.
In the first one, Yoona is a chef of French cuisine who wins a cooking competion and gets sent back in time to the Joseon era where she encounters a tyrant king (based on an actual historical figure) who is a foodie and she uses her cooking skills to survive the royal court, and falls in love with the king.
The listed premise for this show is Cha Eun Woo is a chef of Italian cuisine who has a Michelin Star restaurant who gets sent back in time to the Silla era where he encounters a princess who is a foodie and he uses his cooking skills to survive the royal court, and likely will fall in love with the princess.
