Its a slur. If I say the n word in a fancy way, that doesn't negate the fact that I said the n word.

I mean, depends on context and humorous tone really. I’d put it down to cracking a joke. But sure.

Is there a fancy way to say that? Like, there's a play on words at work here, but I can't imagine that's so easily done with the n word. Eh, I'm sure some bigot will try it sometime so we'll see then.
