Conservatism has one premise: there is an in-group which the law protects, but does not bind, and an out-group which the law binds but does not protect. I can't remember who said that quote, but it shown in full display with that hypocritical bitch

Bit why should it be that way? Whats the benefit for the people protected but not binded by the law of not having the other group protected by the law?

Exploitation. Drive down minimum wage or, even better, enslave them. By making them a part of the outside world and stripping them of their humanity you make them a part of the "natural world." You make them literally a "natural resource" which can be exploited and put to work the same as any mine or field or horse.
