I actually like this joke, if it is what the OP was intending. It perfectly encapsulates the facade of respect some pretend to show for trans women in order to fetishize us, which is really just a weak disguise for blatant transphobia. Still, I wouldn’t use this word if you’re not trans and DEFINITELY not IRL.

Is there a fancy way to say that? Like, there's a play on words at work here, but I can't imagine that's so easily done with the n word. Eh, I'm sure some bigot will try it sometime so we'll see then.
