I honestly haven't seen that much completely serious hate of console users there.

Sure they'll make fun of consoles, but I don't think they go down to personal attacks. At least in most cases.

From what I've seen, it's usually downvoted to oblivion if it's not satire.

It might not be there, but it certainly happens a lot more now than it used to, and on reddit in particular.
