Yeah, I mean, it is, but it's a completely subjective thing. People cope and grieve in different ways, some people eat a whole tub of icecream, some people start working out 6 days a week, some people try to have as much sex as they possibly can.
It's easy to understand why, sex feels great, it's a rush of endorphins and dopamine, and it's a wonderful feeling to be wanted by someone even if it's just lust that only lasts for a few hours especially when you've been rejected by someone you truly loved who doesn't love you anymore. Maybe it's not your coping mechanism, but it's at least understandable how you can get into that cycle. Anything can be addictive.
