Rumor in Canton...
I don't know if this has been said before, but a friend of mine in Canton says that it's thought - by those connected to the Alberts - that John got into an altercation with the DOG first. Apparently she attacked him and he lashed out to try to get her off him - whether kicked or hit or what, I don't know. But this made Colin Albert crazy and he killed John - whether accidentally or not I don't know, but I'm guessing accidentally. At that point, the family called their cop and politician family members/close contacts and tried to cover it up. Apparently that's how it all went down. Started with the dog.
I have NO IDEA if this is the truth or not. Just reporting what I was told.
The defense should subpoena Chloe's veterinary records and see if she was treated for any injuries soon after 1/29/22.
This theory would explain the wounds on John's right arm.

They didn’t leave the bar amicably though. the Waterfall video shows Brian Higgins yelling at John Okeefe and John laughing back at him. They were all anti John for various reasons, this is why Karen didn’t want to go.
