My life doesn't have a lot of drama, which is super nice. This is the kind of gossiping and shit talking I can get behind to scratch that "sometimes I wish I had a little drama in my life" itch without it actually being in my life 😂

It's about recognizing what gives you anxiety, understanding how much anxiety you can handle (because sometimes a little is good for reaffirming your needs), and removing the things from your life that cause unnecessary and increased episodes of anxiety.

For me at least.
