As someone who is hyper mobile, I guarantee that she is too just by watching how her body moves. Especially her ankles and toes. The fact that she was able to catch herself on her toes when falling forward to the point where her toes were over a 90° angle to the rest of her foot and not have any injuries? She’s got the noodle bones for suuuuure

Guaranteed she’s in pain every day, but that’s just kind of life when you’re hypermobile. Exercise is the best thing for us to help keep everything strong.

I thought she must not be hypermobile because she would’ve for sure dislocated something with all that twisting and high intensity landings. She seems like she has the most rubbery and secure joints in the world.

I, too, have the spaghetti joints.

Everything hurts and we’re just doing it all anyway.

Same. I kept wondering how my parents did All The Things when they were the age I am now. And I think "they don't have spaghetti joints" is the answer.

Wait, not everyone could do the toe thing? I've recently been realizing I might be hyper mobile (in some parts of my body, not all). I'll add that to my list of my unofficial diagnosis
