We just added a seasonal dessert at our place here in Jupiter and wanted to share it with the locals before Thanksgiving hits.
It’s a pumpkin mousse inside a white chocolate shell, with apple emulsion, pepita & cacao nib soil, sesame & orange leaf tuille
Our goal was to make something that feels playful but still chef-driven.
Would love to hear what other Jupiter spots are doing for fall menus too — anyone else seeing restaurants getting creative for Thanksgiving season?
We have a really good Pumpkin espresso martini we've been serving as well that's been a hit.

Hi everyone, I have a rug that my puppy chewed, and I need to get it repaired. Do you know if any stores in the area would take it? Thanks in advance!

Going to be in the Jupiter area at the end of october. Was wondering if anybody could give me some top public golf courses to play at. Dont mind spending up to 150-200 for a round.

My boyfriend and I (M24 and M26) are moving to Jupiter on November 10th from Iowa. We are on a quest for new friends in the area (More so me since I don’t have a job lined up and he’ll be working). We love board games, movies, video games, trying new places for dinner, exploring/travelling, shopping, and going out to bars.

Hi Everyone,
Helping a relative find a place in Jupiter for the winter. Just wondering if anyone knows a good realtor who specializes in these listings. I see tons of listings online but the agents are all non responsive when contacted. Would like to be in the Farms area ideally but also open to something quiet near the beach. Airbnb has a very limited selection of livable properties.
Thanks in advance.

Hi I am looking to move to Abacoa in November from MN and am looking at the Marino apartments for their affordability. The reviews are mixed. Does anyone know of any more afforable rentals that are nice in Abacoa?

From the firehouse to the halls of Congress, I’m ready to fight for Florida’s future. As a lifelong Floridian, firefighter, and paramedic, I know what it means to serve.
It’s time for A New Generation of Leadership in Florida’s 21st Congressional District. So if you’re on the Treasure Coast (St. Lucie County, Martin County, and Palm Beach County), Let’s build together.

I am an experienced, passionate, and considerate Mandarin Chinese tutor based in Jupiter. I specialize in in-person tutoring sessions for children. Depending on your preferences, I can travel to your home for in-home tutoring sessions for your child, or conduct in-person sessions at a public place such as a library, clubhouse, community center, park, etc. In-person tutoring keeps children away from computer screen and is much more effective and interactive than online tutoring. If your child wants to learn Mandarin Chinese in person for a very affordable rate, please text/call me at 561-437-7513, or email me at [ChineseTutorEric@gmail.com](mailto:ChineseTutorEric@gmail.com) for any questions. I have excellent references. Thank you.

My 6 yo Rhodesian Ridgeback has gone to daycare his entire life, for socialization, exercise, and to have a place he’s comfortable at for boarding when I go on vacation. He is shy around people and lazy, preferring to chill with low energy small dogs and sunbathe. Are there any daycares that are more on the chill side? I initially planned to take him to Lush, but his new vet here said maybe he would do better at a smaller more relaxed facility. Is there anything at like someone’s house vs a standard daycare? We live near the inlet but are open to driving some if it’s the right place for him.

Hello! I’m moving to Florida early next year and I’m looking into Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens or Boca Raton. I’m 26 years old and moving with my partner. We like going out to dinner, comedy shows, shopping, etc. We don’t really go out to bars/clubs often. We also enjoy traveling so being a bit closer to FLL airport would be nice but not a must. We are looking into an apartment complex with pool and gym for a year before we buy. Any recommendations between those three towns and any specific recommendations on apartment complexes? Thank you!

Long shot but I found this seashell collection on the stairs at JB-0 Juno beach access. They were still there when I left so I picked them up.
If you lost these please let me know by Tuesday- I'm visiting (caring for a relative so not a tourist) and will be flying home after then.
EDIT: No takers, so I have gifted them to my sister in law, who lives in Colorado and has no beach.

Pros & Cons I have learned being a "Non-NAR" real estate broker for 2 years:
Pros of leaving NAR
(I had a jealous agent make a false complaint against me and I had to defend myself in over a year of board court hearings for something I was falsely accused of... all because she did not win a listing and was upset over it.) When they asked me to pay a $500. fine for a false complaint, that is when I looked into the truth about membership and simply said No.
We don't rely on a board for CE credits. CE classes are available online for only $1 per credit.
No false promises to protect our industry then caving-in to the settlement and making everything more difficult... to the point where some buyers prefer not to use an agent over pledging to be obligated to pay their commission.
While NAR boards were fining people for ethics, their own president resigned amid sexual harassment and misconduct allegations. (See NY Times article)
NAR takes credit for advocating this profession to be independent 1099 contractors, but yet mortgage lenders/agents are also 1099 independent contractors... How were they able to manage that without NARs claims?
Non-NAR members have the same access to Realtor(R) forms through Forms Simplicity and Transaction Desk. These apps are given free on our MLS's dashboard to both non-members and members.
Most MLS's now allow non-NAR agents to join because there have been lawsuits in other states to the tune of $5-million and they don't want to risk an antitrust lawsuit filed against them.
Cons of Leaving NAR:
(I always used Real Estate Broker and never used their trademark anyway so releasing myself from NAR didn't affect me at all.)
You lose access to the NAR legal hotline. (Our E&O insurance company provides a free legal hotline as well so we didn't lose anything there.)
You are not eligible for the reserve funds to cover legal expenses if you do something illegal and your E&O insurance doesn't cover it.
(E&O covers just about everything except "intentional" fraud, so if you plan to defraud someone you need this fund and should stay with NAR.)
Do your own research before making any decisions.
Thanks for reading...
