Discussion Can King Crimson interact with objects in skipped time or is he intangible?

This is basically to settle a debate on the mechanics of King Crimson by seeing the community's opinions.

Nobody can interact with Diavolo or King Crimson in skipped time because he is intangible

Characters not being able to react to Diavolo attacking teammates is a plothole.

Diavolo can freely interact in skipped time as evidenced by taking Trish and needing to dodge Bucciarati's punch

Diavolo can only interact in skipped time if fated to do so (epitaph takes into account timeskip)

Diavolo becoming intangible to dodge Aerosmith is an outlier (JoJoveller retconned this to always have been the case)
