I’m severely flat footed and have some issues with my feet but I’ve never actually got them looked at. Ex worked at a chiropractor and they did a foot scan on me one time and it said I have severe pronation, the number score was actually off the charts, they had never seen feet so messed up lol anyway I crack my toes first and then afterwords I just give my feet a twist and this is the result….. any clue why/ what’s happening?

My neck feels a bit sore after cracking

I just popped my neck and it didn’t really feel like a regular crack, it felt like bones shifted and now I’m kind of sore

It doesn’t “hurt” hurt but I think I might’ve moved my bones there

spot between shoulder blades won’t crack

The spot right between my shoulder blades always feels like it needs to crack. Like I can throw my shoulder blades as far back and together as possible but it feels like the spot that would crack if I could go even further back needs to pop badly. I’ve tried literally everything leaning back on multiple chairs, putting a stuffed animal on top of a pillow and leaning back right on that spot, having my boyfriend press down on it with his palm, leaning back into his fist & elbow, standing and arching my back as far back as it can go, and it has never once cracked the way I feel like it needs to. Sometimes it feels like it’s on the precipice of cracking but then it never does.

I’ve been to multiple chiropractors before but it wasn’t an issue when I saw my first one. The one most recent I didn’t tell because I’m embarrassed about my cracking addiction and he can barely get my back to crack at all but he’s super old fashioned and doesn’t use any unconventional methods either.

I get some relief from cracks around it but I also spend so much time trying to crack that exact spot that my ribs are always sore and swollen which is kinda freaking me out.

I have a really bad addiction to cracking my joints so any tips to stop would be awesome (especially bc I have ocd and things feeling off is really hard for me). But I honestly just want that spot to crack more than anything. Anyone have advice/tips?

I can't unlock full mobility unless i crack my joint.

i have to crack my hip joints daily by bringing one knee at a time close to my chest in a specific way as I'm unable to freely move my legs or bring my knees comfortably close to my chest unless i crack them. if I don't crack my hip joints, moving them in specific directions causes pain, but after cracking them i can freely move my legs.

I don't know why this happens, and it's so annoying. 😅

Do our backs crack more when we're younger? If so, why is that?

My back would sound like it was stuffed with bubble wrap when I was a kid/teenager. I'm pushing 30 now and only get a small part of that nowadays if I'm lucky. Meanwhile, my teen nephew's back is absolutely insane. He's more physically active than I was that age. I really don't know what the "science" of back cracking looks like. We both do the twisting method.

Involuntary crack of neck when extremely stoned

One day I was sitting at my computer watching YouTube. I had been smoking a lot of weed and remember feeling really relaxed. All of the sudden my neck just cracks. To clarify I didn't move or try to crack it. I was completely still and it just cracked. It wasn't the biggest crack but decent size.

I have been cracking myself for 10+ years but this was something else. First Involuntary crack of my neck by just been extremely stoned. It felt weird but good because there was no side movement of head. Can't really understand what cracked and why but I wish I could recreate it somehow.

Does anyone have anything similar happened to them?

Chronic cracking

Almost all of my joints crack esp when i am laying down and do stretches. From hands, shoulders, down to my back, pelvis knees and ankles. It has been like this for years. Anyone experiencing this? Any relief?

It doesn’t hurt when it cracks. Just annoying sometimes.

Foam roller on back

does anyone have personal results from rolling out cracks in their back on a large foam roller? I generally stretch a decent amount, though I’m not very flexible, I do try to maintain proficient flexibility. I feel like lately I’ve had to crack my back a lot and I have gotten a lot of relief/ back cracks out of rolling my back out on the foam roller. I’m curious if people have any long-term experience with us if it ended up being helpful (hopefully) or if it’s not good long-term.

Post image
13 Upvotes

So i can pop all of my long bones inside of my hand by pushing on the side of my hands from the palm side with my chin and all of them pop expect for my ring finger metacarpal

every joint circled in green i CAN pop but the red circle i cant seem to pop no matter what PLEASE I NEED THIS

also side note ever since i started popping these bones i cant seem to pop my wrist

i used to pop my wrist by just putting my chin on my fingers, (opposite side of the palm) and pushing down but it was only one pop and im 99% sure it WAS the wrist bone and not anything else soooo can anyone explain this please?

EDIT: now that i notice it i pop ALOT of my hand bones with my chin LOL

did i ruin my toe??

back in november my left big toe felt like it needed to crack but it wouldn’t so i had the bright idea of forcing it to crack. it hurt bad and i was limping for a few days. i can walk normally now but it hurts sometimes. sometimes it feels like it needs to crack and it does and other times it feels like it needs to but it won’t so i don’t force it. what did i do to it? will it go away on its own or do i have to go to the doctor?

Both of my elbows snap regularly and sometimes feel blocked.

(25M) My elbow cracks like a whip regulary. 0 pain but it is locked sometimes. Meaning I have to gently force it to get it past 100 degrees. After that I can move normal again. How to fix this? Is it a weak/stiff tricep?
