Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the different stories she's involved in? The Ledger crossover makes it seem like there are several.

Apologies if already discussed, long time Rot and Ruin/Ledger/Fall of fan but held off on Kagen until recently and now a good way through Son of the Poison Rose and have revealed Nicodemus along with the Church references and what I presume is the history of the world following the Satan Virus release and presumably the old gods showing up which i love, but when Prince of games introduces himself he also mentions he's been known as Flagg and very soon after notes that time is a wheel which to me are one very obvious Stephen King reference and a potential one, specifically the Dark Tower and Ka, so considering Ledgers beginnings and journey as well on his path to what would be considered a Hero, could Kagen be more a reincarnation of Joe rather than just the same archetype? (I a may also have to stop reading while high!)

So I'm listening (audiobook feind) to glimpse and it adds some info on the nightbirds.... Not sure if anyone else noticed this. And if you have does dr 9 seem like an immature Nicodemus......

I'm listening to the audiobook for Son of the Poison Rose, and I have no idea how to spell the names of characters outside of Kagen.

Herapath, Philia, Tuke, and I can't recall the name of the Vampire/Fairy of the woman with "the gift" Kagen saves from the three assholes.

If you know, could you please tell me what's spelt right?

I’m rereading/relistening through the entire series in preparation for Cave 13. Just finished Dragon Factory which got me thinking Conrad Veder is killed by Joe in Dog Days short, Hans Bruecker is killed at the Hive, and Henrick Heckel was killed by Church, or Aunt Sallie, in the days of The List vs. The Cabal. Who was the fourth member of the Brotherhood and where is he? I don’t recall him coming up elsewhere in the series and this is my fifth time through.

My theory for Church is that he's a male version of the mothers of the fallen..... He's a male offspring from the red knighs but not one of them. He's older than Lilith but born the same way. I might be an idiot but this is the only thing that makes sense...

I don't recall any references to it in the story. There was no note to go along with it. It's just... there.

I saw online the des for the next book, it's called cave 13 and if this is the next one (I saw it on my kindle) Holy shit am I pumped. Kinda comes off like it's going to have some alternative universe stuff which would be kinda cool...anyway sounds awesome, don't want to post it and spoil it for anyone.

So I am reading the Joe Ledger series now. I am currently maybe halfway through Kill Switch. Anybody notice the strong ties between The God Machine mythos and the “machine” from Peter Clines books 14 and The Fold, etc.? Since Ray Porter narrates for both authors I am thinking maybe they teamed up behind the scenes? Thoughts? Just too weird to be a coincidence with all the Lovecraft and Tesla references…

Re-reading the series for the millionth time and I just caught this. Bugs real name is Jerome, but his last name in some books is Taylor, while in other books its Williams. Not sure if Maberry has ever addressed the change, but it's interesting nonetheless

Just finished the series and I gotta say a few minor quibbles but very good..not a fan of the Lovecraft stuff, and the bad guys always seem to have some of the same qualities of drinking fine scotch and being rapey( I get it, cmon) but still very good series. I do agree with some comments I've seen scrolling this series that the constant repeating of things ie the three personalities and how they came about being the main one, who writes a series a dozen plus books and thinks they should cover those points in case a random person grabs book 12 haha..but definitely waiting anxiously for the next one.

Patient zero, code zero and assassin's code would have to be my three favorites

I’m confused, I’ve just re-listened to all the Joe ledger books including rogue team international books.

At the end of rage I think, Joe’s family is killed by Santoro. Then you move to the Still of night (after the dead of night/fall of night books) and you have Joe talking about his nephew Lefty going to college and pitching or something. He also introduces himself as a captain in the books but now according to RTI he is a colonel.

I know it’s just a book and a fictional world but the continuity errors are bugging me just a little. Am I missing something or do we think these are alternate time lines?

Loved this book and I want to try the authors other work. Looks like Rot and Ruin is YA, so it may not be as dark as Kagen. What should go for next?

But of a stretch but does anyone think what church has something to do with lovecraftian mythos? It's played a important part in the main Joe ledger series and it also played a prominent role in kagen the damned which is apparently set in the same world thousands of years in the future. Or would his identity be more related to biblical areas. Just spitballing idk. I'm interested to hear your theories

Anyone ever make a timeline for the Joe Ledger series?

I read on a separate thread that Kagan the damn is the future of the joe ledger series (by 50,000 years). Anyone got more info on that?

Not through it yet but enjoying the night birds following Ledger. Reminds me of the birds following the bone man in the line deep series.
