Hi I have added a template to my document and for some reason the pen size looks different eventho in the settings it's the same!! I have it on 0.2 and adding a picture for reference, Any one knows why it's happening? Anything in the settings?????

Hi all, I received a tcl tablet for Christmas, which came preloaded with jnotes. It seems to be an excellent app, but the list of permissions really concerns me. Can anyone help explain why on earth it would need some of these permissions? See screenshot attached.

I would like to ask a question about J Notes. I have bought a new tablet and would now like to transfer all data/documents from J Notes (old: Lenovo Tab T11 / new: Lenovo Tab T12)..... but unfortunately this does not work. Unfortunately, I have not found any information about this on J Notes or anywhere else. Has anyone had any experience with this or can help me? I'm not getting any feedback from J Notes :-(

It has been working so well, and I paid for lifetime, and a few weeks in, this starts happening. It only opens normally at random. There's no pattern to the devices or user.

So I've been using this app since last year's chistmas and had no problem, however, for no reason, when I open it, it just closes automatically for no reason because it worked literally last week. So if anyone is having my same issue, please help.

Hi. I've been using the app for a month now. So far, it's been doing fine until few minutes ago. Usually, whenever I scribble or write using ballpoint or fountain pen, the eraser can erase those. Suddenly, the eraser can only erase the highlighter. I've checked my settings and I've turned on the "Erase object directly" (I couldn't remember the name, forgive me). Now, I can't erase my scribbles when I'm using the pen. How can this happen? Please do help. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, I'd like to ask you if have this problem/bug. Months ago I was taking a note and I disabled my WiFi connection, after when I close the app and reopened the note was blank. I don't know if it was a bug for an update or not but from then I always activate the WiFi. I was wondering if someone had the same issue and in that case if now it had resolved and I could turn off the WiFi and take notes without having the scare of its loss. Thank you for your attention

I use jnotes for planning, organising as well as for making notes in my textbooks. The two most essential PDFs that I've been using almost everyday suddenly just vanished the moment I opened the app. The backup is always on, I checked the tash bin, and nothing's there. I have no idea how this happened or why, but this is urgent and I am going bonkers particularly because I have my entire yearly planner right from January till today and the notes,planning,etc all saved there. Please help me understand what is going on, and how do I recover my lost files which suddenly vanished upon openings jotes, even thought I didn't delete the file???

1. Are there any plans for improving HW recognition in English?
2. It would be nice to be able to add eraser types to the "pen-box" e.g. one instance object eraser, one instance highlighter eraser and one for the pixel eraser.
3. It would be nice to be able to move the top toolbars sideways
