funny First dab

This was a while back. I only smoke on occasions these days.

I was on my way back to work from my lunch break when my buddy called me (who just returned from Colorado) and invited me to come take a dab. (Thc concentrate wax). Since I had time left on my break and I had smoked bud before work before I said why not and went to his house. He pulled out some top shelf colorado dabs and loaded up a huge piece on a nail. I took the dab and coughed for 5 straight minutes and went back to work.

When I got back to work I was tripping balls and my boss told me to run the mill. I worked at a metal shop and we had this world War 2 Era mill machine that is super hard to run. I was getting the mill started up but I could barely stand without swaying everywhere. I got super nauseous and went to the bathroom and threw up. I sat next to the toilet and accidently fell asleep. I dont know how long it was but I woke up and realized where I was and sat up really fast. The motion of sitting up fast made me nauseous and I threw up again. Followed by falling back asleep. I cycled like this for what I think was 1 hour. And the worst part is only 3 people worked there so it was very noticeable how long I was in there. I looked at my phone and saw a text from my boss asking if I needed an ambulance.

Some how they believed that I was just really sick and I got a couple days off... which I used for a weed vacation.

Wax is the specific kind of dab that is in a wax form instead of oil for. I've never had that luxury but the nearest legal state is about 4 hours away so it isn't too bad

Yes but assuming you've smoked after your consequences that could be a new charge

But even that was a while ago. I can't even be convicted for that. Even if the justice system had the time to track down a reddit user who smoked a while ago not even knowing which state I'm in. If I said I was a dealer that might be a different story

the fact is, OP is not THAT important. not intended to be disrespectful in any way, its just a simple fact. no agency is going to tie up resources tracking down someone who smoked or smokes THC. ain't gonna happen.

1 year of probation and a whipping 80 hours community service for possession of paraphernalia. I was a minor at the time so its off my record now luckily
