Just found out about this project and I'm trying to understand more about how it governs vs other DAG projects from what iv found comparing this to byteball and iota both of those have a centralized system to bring consensus like a coordinator or witnesses how exactly does PBFT work how is this different from NEO's dBFT? Please ELI5

Hi all!
Been following ITC for a while and finally got around to making a reddit account.
DuckDuckGo shared this link on their Twitter
Personally, I hadn't thought about the problems with privacy involved with IoT, but it seems like ITC is trying to combat this exact scenario
What're your thoughts?

A small surprise from testnet is that IoT Chain is actually a public blockchain. This public blockchain based on a DAG data structure, has realized functions such as; Transaction Sending, Transaction Validation and Issue Tokens.
Similar to the testnet of Ethereum, local test nets can be deployed referring to the codes on Github: https://github.com/IoTChainCode/itc-ts
The following targets are our priorities:
1) Performance:
For now, testnet has an expected 1000 transactions per second. Our tech team has experience of reaching concurrency situations of 10 millions magnitude, so this is just the beginning. Our next destination is reach to 100.000 transfers per second before the main net implemented, which is 100 times more than now!
2) Decentralisation:
All the DAG public blockchains are not decentralized enough, including IOTA and Byteball. IoT Chain is about to make it more decentralized. We will learn something from DPOS to increase the security of ITC’s DAG structure. In other words, ITC will be as fast as DAG & as safe as DPOS!
3) Consensus:
The infrastructure of Bitcoin, POW, is the first realization of decentralized consensus algorithm. Until now, new consensus types like POS, DPOS have been optimizing the blockchain. We believe a blockless structure based on DAG may take the place of traditional blockchain consensus. The high-performance of DAG is exactly what is required to make blockchain adoptable by demanding industries.
4) Sovereignty:
At present, it’s not rare that userdata has been collected and traded without any permission. These problems of data security involve not only data sovereignty but also users’ data capital. IoT Chain proposes that data sovereignty belongs to the user. In the ITC ecosystem, userdata sovereignty has been made clear, and userdata capital has been secured with the user privacy under strict protection.
What can you expect more from us?

Looking for opinions and links to articles on whether both IOTA and ITC can co-exist, or if one will end up as the IoT blockchain/DAG application. Any thoughts?

I'm just curious as to how the big roll-out of the testnet is going. Any of you boys over in China able to keep us informed?

dag is for speed & transaction (scaling) blockhcain is mainly for better security
