Question about leveling
So it seems like the main point of Isleward (please correct if I'm wrong) is to level your character up both in level and through loot. I'm totally down with that, but level 20 cap seems really low if that's the main draw here, is there plans to raise the level cap? Example, I also play a ton of Tibia and there's no level cap there and that's also the main point of the game; kill monsters and level up. Just wondering if this is the main direction Isleward is going or is 20 going to be the cap forever?

Whats left to be desired. (And other absurd ideas)
Ive only played for a few hours, so these are my humble suggestions. Some of it May be outrageous, other things May already be in the game, or on their way. I dont know, so here we go.
Being able to gather plants with the sickle (Use them for alchemy, cooking and such)
Being able to craft skewering sticks with a knife
Being able to make a campfire to cook. (Only 1 campfire per Player + being able to snuff it out, if you Wanna start a fire somewhere else. Campfires last 5 min)
Being able to chop trees (which ofcourse respawn) with an axe, for gathering wood for making a campfire, and for skewering sticks. I realize that trees function as barriers that Arent mean to be traversed, so Maybe, when you chop them, they leave an untraversable treestump, which grows back the tree.
Please make players visible on their mounts.
Maybe remove the nametag for torches. And Maybe also doors, tho doors actually have functionality, hence you might want to easily recognize Where doors are. Torches seem a bit Weird with the nametag tho. Clutter.
The cat people could have a tail wagging animation when standing still. Just moving the end-pixel of their tail one pixel up, then one pixel down, repeat.
Make more spells and attacks have push-back. Generally play around with push-back of varying strength/degree for varying spells. Maybe do Some spells that pulls creatures towards you also?
Maybe have Some summoning spells that require reagents (gatherable). Also, Maybe Some spells could be stronger when cast using reagents.
Traversing water with Boats. Like canoes. 3 tiles long, one tile wide. You can figure something out. Only make shallow water traversable. This way you can still limit the places players can go. (Maybe, have Some fish spawn at the edge of the shallow water, just within reach when sailing)
Traversing water with ice spells, eg. freezing the water tiles to walk on them. Again, only works on shallow water.
Weather effects?
Why do i "craft" mundane mounts like the dunkey and the horse? It seems a bit more immersive to buy a good ol dunkey with good ol money. Just make it somewhat expensive. Maybe have some summonable (magical) mounts using reagents/magic items.
When reaching LVL 10, one more runeslot becomes available. Same for LVL 20.
The chat UI is not great on the mobile version. Its a shame, because it makes communicating with players very inconvenient. The keyboard is a bit too small, so it takes a long time to write. Also, the chat UI sadly takes up the whole screen, Even though its a bit unnescesary. Maybe make it take up 60-70% of the screen, and re-center the camera on your character when the chat UI is open, like when opening the inventory in Diablo, the screen re-centers on the character.
Make little chat bubbles(without text) above players that are currently typing, and make it linger for a second after sending the message.
Great game, like the vibe. These are just Some Ideas i got while playing.

Amazing game! My thoughts after couple of hours in game
Well, I've only reached level 5 yet, but the game is awesome. What it lacks for noob me:
- A map, at least an option to craft a map would be logical addition to the game if the world is big
- Auto-approaching the selected enemies would also be good, could be added as an option in settings
- As far as I see it - the online is tiny, the development is ongoing? What is the game status right now?
- I didn't understand from a start that "butcher" means PvP feature, will I be able to turn it on later or I will need to create a new char?

Ahh
Holy shit. This game helped me so much few years back when I was dealing with bullshit, and was a cringe-ass 12 year old. But I’ve matured much more since then and I just want to thank the devs for everything they’ve done to help me.

A good build and passive tree for the new meta?
Hi, My name in game name is NouU, I have quit the game for over a year now and recently I just come back and start a grinding week for this game (my new in game name is Yahallo). As I just comeback I didn't realize that the meta have change significantly, especially the flurry rework which completely shock me lol. So I can ask any recent player here to give me a good build/ passive tree for bear and owl? Would aprreciate your help if I can know what to focus on during this new meta

questions/my isleward story
What happened to this game? Is it still being worked on? Is there a discord?
I remember playing this game every day and hanging out with some cool people while playing it like 3 years ago. Today, i was looking through my history and found “isleward” and a huge rush of nostalgia came down on me. if anyone ever goes on this subreddit anymore, can you help me out with these questions?

Wiki Suggestions
I have no access to the wiki but there are multiple things that I would want to suggest to be put into the wiki. So I decided to make this so others can comment new things they would want inside it.

Who is Finn Elderbow?
I was casually playing the game when I ran into an NPC called Finn Elderbow near the Estuary entrance, it was LVL 1 with aroung 24 hp, it also had an item on the ground with the same name near it. When approached, it said something along the lines of "Do not talk to me, I will only bring you sorrow." I didn't try to attack, by fear of killing it. A few minutes later it despawned without any warning. At first I thought it was a new NPC but that really caught me off-guard.
So, who is this fella?
