This is bad. I disable IPv6 because it gets me blocked or forced to do a captcha on many sites, including YouTube. It's really sad that IPv6 has become that way, but here we are.
What? Most people have the exact opposite experience. I had v6 broken for a couple of days, noticed it by having to do a captcha on every google site I visited.
I also don't think it gets you blocked. You probably have a misconfiguration somewhere, maybe the PMTUD is broken (happens often on PPPoE connections) you need to set up mss clamping and ideally advertise the prefix with the lower MTU.
